We’ve been using Eastern’s monthly plan for the past few years, and honestly, they’re the best pest control company around. They’ve been a lifesaver during the summer when we’ve had those carpenter bee and wasp problems that always seem to pop up at the same time. The technicians are always so professional and explain everything to you. Plus, we never have to worry about our pets getting hurt with the products they use. I’d definitely recommend them!

I can’t say enough great things about Eastern Pest Services. From start to finish, their team has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. Heidi, the receptionist, is always so kind and goes out of her way to work with my schedule. She makes the entire process seamless and stress free. I’ve worked with two technicians, Dan and Danny, and both have been excellent communicators and extremely diligent in their work. Most recently, Danny went above and beyond when I wasn’t able to make it home in time for my appointment. He was incredibly flexible, rearranged his schedule, and still made it out the same day. That level of accommodation is rare and so appreciated. Danny was also very knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain everything and ensuring the job was done right. We’ve been using Eastern Pest for several years and the service is great. Scheduling is easy, they’re punctual, and treatments have kept us pest free! Erik is a great tech. He’s friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers questions, and makes sure we understand the plan. I would recommend them for annual prevention or emergency pest needs.

Eric has been the most helpful person in this company. He worked in a past location of mine and was so dedicated that I requested him personally to my new line of business. If you even need someone to find your problem and resolve it as fast as possible Eric is the guy.

Could not resolve a rodent issue! Very difficult to schedule an appointment in case of urgency. I’ve had fly infestation in my basement and had to wait 4 days to schedule an appointment!

we've been using Eastern Pest control for years, and we liked their service in the past. i also want to mention, this review does not reflect their trap/mice/rodent service, those guys are doing excellent on our house traps! it's only for the mosquito/tick spray!!! we had our monthly mosquito and tick spray first time last month and yet we still getting eaten by mosqitos and found ticks inside our house! we just had another monthly spray today and they guy came while my husband is walking out to run some errands. he texted me at 8:23am telling me the guy is here for spray, i got up and saw him through our window, he was briefly spraying out front and the time was 8:27am, i walked down and saw him walking to his car opening the truck, i was confused at first, thought he maybe refilling the tank, but NO, by 8:30am he was putting things away and sat in his car till 8:43am and drove away!!!!! i called and ask them to check if he properly sprayed and they called and said he sprayed. :( we have more than half acre property, please tell me i'm not crazy!, how can it be done in less than 10 mins (including setting up equipments) ? UPDATE: contacted the customer service below and no response whatsoever!!!

If you don't want your floor used instead of a restroom DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! YES that is right, the technician actually used my basement floor instead of a restroom!! UPDATE: After reaching out via email provided in owner response I got no response other an email sent back to me with "we are so sorry". So I would think twice or three times before hiring such a negligent company without simple human decency!!

I just called Eastern Pest regarding a mouse in my living room and kitchen. I asked for a no contact drop off of a passive trap bc I have a small child. Ashley told me this was against the law and I requested that she send a tech out in protective gear and she said that was not possible regardless of a pandemic. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me she was not sure if that was possible. I have had passive traps in my home before, there is nothing that requires skill to literally place them on the floor out of sight but I understand there are regulations despite no contact mandates right now in the state of NJ. I will be handling this on my own and letting my landlord know how unhelpful and unsympathetic Ashley was at this time. So many people have lost their jobs. You would think a small business that is actually still functioning would be happy to have a customer and show some kindness and service.

Technician never arrived, had to call central office . Arrived late to squeeze in job. Refused to set up traps beyond kitchen and attic although work order clearly indicated work to be done around the whole house. Very incompetent business. Nearly charged 300$ for glue traps for attic and kitchen! Never again, avoid.

After setting up appointmentioned and having them call me back to confirm time and address....they called 24 hours later to say I'm too far to service. Thanks for wasting 24 hours needlessly.
