I had such a great experience working with Dial Environmental. From the very beginning, they were incredibly easy to communicate with and made the entire process stress-free. I had a rodent issue at one of my rental properties that felt overwhelming, but they handled it quickly and professionally—actually resolving the problem faster than I expected. What really stood out to me was how well they communicated throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to explain what was happening, what they were doing to fix it, and how to prevent the issue in the future. Are you suddenly dealing with the nightmare of a bed bug infestation? Well stop looking -- you've found your people. I was faced with the "perfect storm" of a widespread infestation in a relatives' house with severe clutter. I live out of state, making the situation even worse. Dial Environmental responded quickly and was absolutely the most knowledgeable of all the companies I contacted. I also got a rave review from a friend who lives in NJ and had used them for a different problem. They were reliable and affordable (notably, made sure I wasn't paying for things I didn't need) but also creative and tenacious in ensuring the infestation was eradicated (and let me tell you, it took some doing). I really don't know how I would have made it through those awful months without them. Steve Adams (my main contact, a man of unimpeachable integrity) hooked me up with other needed services (for example, a moving company that would empty the infested contents and take everything to be fumigated) and essentially coordinated everything in my absence. Did you ever wish you could give a company like, 1,000 stars? I would if I could. Seriously, just stop looking and call them. Great people, great service.

Dial was excellent from start to finish. I initially spoke with Steve and he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very responsive and had a third party dog inspector at my house the same day to inspect for bed bugs. We then moved forward with 3 treatments over 3 weeks; Steve and Joe were very helpful, great communication, answered all my questions and were reassuring. Joe was even able to come do another visual inspection after the treatments. We have had no issues since the last treatment. Highly recommend.

After trying unsuccessfully to get the pesky yellow jackets, living under my siding and getting stung multiple times My wife called dial they came out and finish the job in two visits. Thank you Dial environmental.

Unfortunately very disappointed. We have been customers/members for 5years. We elected to do the yearly contract because they are good with exterior spraying and handling bugs. However part of the reason we did the contract was so we had someone reliable in case of emergencies. I called a month ago upon first seeing mice in the house. A tech came out, said it was just one mouse and no problem, set some traps and left. 2 weeks later…multiple mice sightings still in the house. Called them back and they sent techs again. Once again they placed traps and said it “takes time” and to be patient. It’s now a month since we first saw them and we can’t sit in the living room without a mouse crawling past us. I had to call another place now and use an additional $300-$500 to try to get this under control. After already laying out several hundred to dial for nothing. The new place said if we caught this a month ago there wouldn’t have been an infestation. Well, we did, but Dial couldn’t do their job. Update: Instead of trying to make things right they went ahead and canceled our contract. Thankfully I’m no longer locked in. But after 5 years of paying them for simple spraying a month of them failing to catch a mouse and it leading to an infestation the answer was for them to just have me move on. Avoid.

Had a bee hive in our bin. Dial Environmental came same day and provided their services. Very knowledgeable, explained the situation and what they would do. No bees since. Fast and excellent service provided.

Joe was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything well.

I searched online reviews before selecting this company for a problem with carpenter bees. They replied promptly, came out quickly, explained what they were going to do, and we have not seen a single carpenter bee since! All good! No complaints and the price was probably about average. The biggest pro was that they were very responsive and they got results.

I had a great experience with Dial Environmental. Last summer, the dependable and diligent man who has been cutting my parents lawn for years, accidentally put too much fertilizer on the lawn and burnt it to smithereens. Sean from Dial Environmental was referred to us from a neighbor and we are so happy. The lawn looks fantastic and we will continue to use Dial Environmental to make sure it stays that way. The team at Dial is very responsive and knowledgeable. They have successfully treated our shrubs for white flies for two years now. We are especially pleased that the technicians explain all the details of the products that are applied. It is also great that most of the products are natural (like mineral oil) and don’t cause harm to pets.

I'd had a yellow jacket nest under the siding of my house for a coupleof months that was unfazed by the sprays I had under my kitchen sink. I called Dial and they came out the same day while I was at work. There was a noticeable improvement by the time I got home and by the end of day 3 the problem was solved.

The "environmental" part is a joke. Pesticides kill the insects that birds eat - a billion birds a year are starving to death because people need their green perfect yards.

They came 3 days ago so it is too soon to give a review. The tech did come on time, was thorough and efficient. We still have a mass of ants but I am hoping it will improve as the days go by.

I had a bee issue. Michelle answered the phone right away. Sent someone as soon as possible. The person who came texted me since i was at work and we were able to go over all of the areas of concern. He made sure it was all taken care of and gave me detailed instructions. I love that i didn’t have to wait home to show him and miss work. Thanks dial!

I had mold in my rental unit. I had to wait 21 days for dial enviromental to come out and look at it. They also have the pest control contract at my 1000 unit complex. The guy came in and said no mold. Would not order airborne testing for mold. I had 2 companies come out and both airborne tests came back with a high level of mold spores. Looks to me like they got into the mold business after hurricane Sandy just to make money. If you have mold call servpro or a more reputable company that does not play favorites with your health or the company that pays them for pest control.

I wouldn't give it any stars if I could. I am a new homeowner in Montclair and come from the NYC.. having experience buying properties in multiple states, and dealing with multiple service companies, this was by far the most unprofessional company I've come across. They send out mailings regarding service extensions that were used by the previous owners and when the new homeowner declines their service they will simply come and take things that were paid for and installed by the previous owner off of the property without any notification of doing so. When asked if the devices that are removed belonged to Dial Pest control, they are quick to respond that I couldn't use them anyway because they have the magic key to open theses devices and no one else can. BS! I refuse to pay someone to load termite traps as this is the easiest thing to do and requires no expert. The traps where set and paid for by the previous homeowner it was and always will be part of the home. If someone declines service and your company is bitter about not getting the business move on and get new customers. I would not recommend this service company to anyone and will make sure that I spread the word about this awful experience that we encountered. unless you have a serious rodent problem these companies are a waste and only want to put people on a regular plan to suck them dry. Plenty of topics online that will explain and demonstrate tactics for a do it yourself and save Hundreds of dollars doing so.
