Wonderful service! Had a frustrating kitchen ant problem and Jeff was at our house an hour after we called him. Ants were gone by the next day, price was much better than Terminix (whom we used previously with less success), and Jeff was personable, pleasant, and professional. I would highly recommend Integrated Pest Services for quick and effective service. Jeff was able to come within two days of calling him to take care of a hornet problem that was up near the roof of our newborns bedroom window. As a landlord of a few houses in Bergen County, I have used Integrated Pest Services for a few years, and I have always had a positive experience with them. Recently, one of my tenants called about a rat/mouse problem, and within 24 hours they were able to send someone out to take care of the issue. Jeff met me and my tenant at the apartment, and was able to quickly identify how the pests were getting in, set out the appropriate traps, and even give some education about other small pest issues he noticed. I was beyond impressed by how personable and knowledgeable Jeff was; he made the process so easy and was accommodating with the times my tenant and I were available. The BEST part of using Integrated Pest Services was that Jeff came back THE NEXT DAY when I called him to let him know that my tenant caught a few mice! He set out more traps for us and disposed of the used ones.
