Kevin our tech was great. The virtual assistant is TERRIBLE. Appointments made were not kept when inquiring why to the call center the person could not find the appointment date. After complaining to the person another appointment was made for the next day but no one showed up then. We considered canceling our contract with Viking and waited 2 weeks before trying again. This time someone came, Kevin, and was very good. Please consider scrapping the Virtual Assistant or we will not do business wi
