Scott has been helping my family out for years now and always does an amazing job. Keeps the job entertaining but very informative and listens to issues. Explains what is being used and also cares and informs of hazards for kids and animals.

Hired them on contract to treat every 3 months inside and outside the house, they came unscheduled only did outside and billed me for the full price after never stepping foot in the house, I refused to pay the bill and they have since sent it to a collection group. I'm fighting with them to drop it, so do yourself a favor use another pest agency.

They do NOT honor their contract! I paid in full $249 plus tax ($265) for 60 days & after 51 days, including weekends, which they DO NOT work, received a bill for more than $80 additional money. I DO NOT recommend them. THEY SUCK!
