Terrible service

This company has been busted by the police at least twice for illegal dumping in the Black Run Preserve in Evesham, NJ. The first time they were caught was in the summer of 2022. A client (Davis) paid to have Ward-Off carry out an illegal eviction, having them dispose of the contents of the apartment of an elderly couple hospitalized with COVID. More recently, this past December, the owner's son and son's girlfriend, who are employed by the company, were caught dumping garbage in the Black Run Preserve.

INCOMPETENT. Called for free exterminator thru the apartment complex which is sadly this company. Guy came in when I was on a conference call and said you have to move some some stuff away from the wall. I said OK come back next Wednesday and I'll be ready for you. He said that's fine and we're all set. Wednesday he was a no call and no show. So I call his number and he answers the phone "hello." It sounded like I woke him up but he said he would send someone over that day. Fast forward to the following day and I call his phone number and the voicemail is full. So I text him and ask if he's coming out today and he text me all nasty thinking that it's the maintenance department texting him from here at my apartment.
