I used this company for a long time. Now they became scam. The send technicians asked for $600 to clean the dryer vent, and when I said no, he asked for $200 inspection fee. The technician was hostile and I called the police to him to get him leave my house. This company do not care any more.

Never use those guys. They're unprofessional. I had an appointment, waited for the 4 hours window, and technical never showed up. When I called them, the lady started saying lies (there's an accident, we're sending another technical, I'll check and call you back, etc.) and never called and never got the job done.
