We had a great experience with Viking Pest Control. Tom and Dave were excellent—very personable from the start and took the time to clearly explain everything they were going to do. They made sure everyone stayed clear of the treatment areas for safety, which we appreciated. They treated for mosquitoes as well as general pest entry for the spring, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I thought I chose the right pest control company for a yellow jacket issue. The applicator was professional and quick to respond. The entry area for the bees was treated.The issue I have is the customer service representative who never resolved accepting the unexpired $50.00 off coupon I had. I was told they had already taken off $100 from the price of the service. THAT WAS NEVER Discussed when I called for service and was given the price to pay. It was a flat fee, no mention of it being $10

Made appointment, told them I was not home that day. They were coming to respray the wasp nest. They sent a rep, he rang the bell, and went home. When I called him he said that Viking does not let him have access to notes. You are wasting your time with this company. It’s all AI, answering service located in India, and people who dont know what they are doing. They will delete this post. Very unusual that all they have is 5 star reviews.
