Called to have a squirrel removed from fireplace, Angel was really chill and he got the squirrel out with no issues, checked my fireplace and helped with that, also is treating for mice! Very happy with the company!

Because they didn’t have availability to come on the same day I called about a bird infestation, they booked me for the next day but the. recommended others that might be able to help more quickly. So even though I didn’t use them, I am super impressed by the courtesy and friendliness.

We have used Alco for two difference services in the past year and half for woodpecker issues pecking holes. Angel usually is able to come out the following day after a call and very punctual. Can’t say enough about the service. Issue has been resolved quickly. We had a follow up service which is included for the 6 months of initial service.

Inspection to identify current and potential entry points. • Installation of a one-way tunnel, tailored to the size of the animal. • Application of multiple wire mesh sizes to areas around the entry points. • Follow-up removal of the tunnel and permanent sealing using mesh. • Advice on repairs for water-damaged or chewed wood, with a one-year guarantee.

I’ve used Alco for a variety of pest issues over the years. They are great. They know what they’re doing and guarantee their work. 5-star service from Angel.

After calling they were quick to come out to my house to address my squirrel problem. They did a good job and I am pleased with their service.

I paid $650 to have my house treated for a 6 month contract. I called them back after two months and they gave me a hard time due to “not remembering me” I had to go prove that I paid them with my credit card statement since they said they “can’t find” my contract. Not a good way to do business or treat your customers.

Alan and Angel were fantastic! Alan was extremely responsive and genuinely committed to making sure the issue was resolved. Alco pest control recently came to my property to address my bee problem. They made a nest/hive inside my siding and we’re starting to enter the house. I called in the morning and they sent someone out the same day. Angel was very professional and thoroughly went over what was happening and how he would address it. I couldn’t have been happier with Alco. I highly recommended them for your pest control needs!

Friendly, responsive, and effective on bees nest treatment. As guaranteed with initial fee, they promptly returned when I found another nest. Other than the high cost (not out of sync with another popular co in the area), nothing negative to say. I’d call them again without hesitation.

Good, Reliable, Courteous Service.We used raccoon removal service in year 2017. This year we spotted raccoon activity on roof & call them. They called the same day and inspect the roof to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this service. Update: In April 2019, Raccoon tried to enter at different places, damage some aluminum siding. Call Alan / Angel about this issue. They came and fixed it at no charge. Very helpful individuals. Highly recommend their service. Update: june 2025 - no raccoons problem since 2017. Good job by Alan/ Angel.

Angel came down from North Jersey to my property in South Brunswick. He found that I had mice in my attic even though another company said it was squirrels. He was very professional and said it would not be cost effective for him to drive down from North Jersey for 4 or 5 weeks necessary to get rid of the mice. I appreciated him being honest in his quote for the cost of the job. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a pest control company that they could trust.

ALCO did a great job at helping us to humanely remove/prevent birds who set up shop in our attic siding. I waited all summer for the many sets of babies to flee the nests, and we called ALCO once I thought it was safe. Angel came out within a couple of days to set up a 1-way tunnel, at which point a sparrow (adult) came flying out. Once we were sure they were all gone, Angel came back and fixed the hole. He even used some of the extra siding we had laying around to make it look nice. He was super nice, professional, and informative. We were so relieved to find a service like this and really appreciated that they came all the way to central jersey.

I realized a bird was stuck in my wall and started calling around for help on a Sunday. ALCO Animal & Pest Control responded quickly and sent a technician over right away. Don, the tech, was amazing—he identified where the bird was lodged in the drywall, carefully cut out the drywall, removed the bird and the nest, and even covered up the dryer vent where the bird had entered. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend ALCO for any pest control needs—fantastic service.

Angel is the best!! He was extremely helpful, informative, and kind. Pigeons, of all things, have been living in my boiler room (and turning off my AC!). We weren't able to find the hole they came in through, but he did remove the pigeon that was currently in there free of charge and I got my AC back. He even went onto the roof and took pictures of the back of the building with some suspicious holes for me to send my landlord. Thank you so much, Angel and Alco!

Personally don’t like the way he came to do business. He needed water, also tried to charge $425 to remove a hornets nest. Was able to get him down to $200, but he didn’t want to use his ladder to actually remove it. Only wanted to spray it. For $200 my husband can do that.

Useless. A "wildlife" control place that only takes care of squirrels & birds. Not bears, deer, groundhogs, foxes or anything else. They need to change their name to squirrel removal.

Called this company to inquire about skunk removal. I left a message and got a call back from a gentleman who said I am not interested in the job and don’t call my office again. Very rude and unprofessional!

Called to set up an inspection. Specifically asked if they use poison, and was told no. Even their website says they don't use poison for mice control. When they called prior to their arrival, I asked again, do you use poison, and they told me of course they do. Poison is evil. The mice die in the walls, and rot, or if they get out, deer and cats eat them, and get sick. The Humane way to deal with mice, is stop their entry, then snap traps, or live capture. Their website claims they are eco friendly, but they are not.

I was told they would go to my house to inspect potential animals living in the attic. They gave me a call 3 hours later and said I had raccoons in the attic and it would cost over $1,000 to remove them. They said this must be done. I decided to get a ladder and check out the attic area. There is no way that raccoons could be living in my attic, there was a birds nest on the side of a gutter and the attic was tight (no way for any animals to enter). I was very glad to save myself a small fortune; however, these people scare me.

Every single "positive" review on this profile is ridiculous. Everything said is absolutely untruthful. I NEVER leave bad reviews, but I hope to save some of you from this place. So here's the story: Last night my cat, who wasn't nuetered, had ran away. As we tried to approach him, he would hiss at us. He even scratched my mom. So, my mom trying to be helpful, suggested I call an animal control facility ASAP. I googled "Animal Control Cats" in Bergen county, and I found this godforsaken place. I give a simple call to the business, and the voice mail stated "This is Alco ANIMAL & pest control. Please leave a message, and we will get back to you in a matter of minutes." After I left a polite voice mail stating my name and number and my problem, my cat fled. Not only did I NOT receive a courtesy phone call in "a few minutes", but what I DID get was a VERY ANGRY phone call at 7 o' clock in the morning THE DAY AFTER regarding my voice mail. It was the owner, who had blocked his number. He started asking me what my address was, and where he should drop off my cat, because he had found him. Me, being dazed and confused as I had just woken up, didn't understand. Last night when I left my voice mail, I had only left my name and number, and the fact that my cat was being a problem, and had ran away. So the first thing that pops up in my head is "How does this guy even KNOW what my cat looked like? Why is the number blocked?" So all I started to do was ask questions, only to be cut off by cursing. "THIS IS A PEST CONTROL COMPANY, WE DON'T DO ANIMALS YOU STUPID ***** " and he hung up on me. Now, I'm not one to be reckoned with. I called this man 10 times, and he would curse me out every single time. I had just lost my cat, I had just woken up, and I WAS ANGRY. I can't believe as a business owner, THAT'S how they do business. They could've simply let the call go, or even just politely inform me that they don't do pets. I am just shaking with anger. I hope EVERYONE stays away from this evil man, and I hope EVERYONE sees this, including the business owner. I hope they run out of business.

The worst service ever. Very sexist, rude, racist, and disrespectful. Made me feel less than a human being. I DO NOT recommend their services to anyone.
