Worst company con resolving rat pest at a farm! The agent who wanted me to sign the contract for one year did show up and called me 1000 times to make me sign. The first time I've paid almost $2000 for the yo spray and that will eliminate multiple rats when they get on contact with the powder. Two days later more rats, I've calle the agent to explain the issue, but never answer the emails or calls. Several weeks laters he called me and said I would need to pay $2000 more for them to come again

The service plan is expensive and they don’t really do any customized solution to your property. They just come and spray harmful chemicals , that’s about it. Installed a smart box which they wired into my fiber connection without telling me and slowed my entire home network (they did a poor job installing it) They put bait all over my basement, in no organized way other than just thrown all over the place , even though we told them we had kids and pets.
