Viking Pest Control

Originally hired IPM for pest management 2 and 1/2 years ago after moving. They were bought by Viking who sent several unprofessional, unhelpful, unfriendly technicians and 2 who I liked. Lots of issues with billing, people in the office who didn't return calls for months, and me trying unsuccessfully to narrow down the service and $1128 charges for a small house (outside). I wish I never chose Viking for my termites!! Every spring I get a termite swarm in my house. I contacted Viking and they assured that their treatment would work. This year as usual I got another termite swarm. My problem is that I paid thousands of dollars for the original treatment and in order for me to cover that treatment, I have to pay $66 per month. They are not responsible if their treatment doesn’t work if I don’t pay them monthly. So now they’re just going to come out and check it but

Very disappointed with the experience. After scheduling an initial spotted lantern fly service, the technician showed up, insisted that we needed some level of approval from my neighbor (who was standing there and providing approval) and that he would have to come back.
