Dave and his team are a pleasure to work with in every way. Not only the best exterminators in NYC but probably the best home services provider in any category. I can expect them to pick up when I call, they have always magically been able to work within the constraints my schedule (usually on short notice), their rates are excellent, they are polite and positive at all times, and most importantly they do GREAT work. Ecostar took care of an ant infestation earlier this year. You will love working with them.

It’s been six months since I have not seen a roach nor a rodent again. Ever since the technician (Edwin) treated my apartment, there has been a significant improvement. He was patient and kind enough to answer any and all my questions/concerns.

Chris came to our apartment for a bed bug issue and not only is as he patient with a very feisty cat who did not want to leave but he attempted to help and then did an amazing thorough job with the actual extermination. Friendly, on time, and personable. Would highly recommend.

Anthony was very professional. He explained everything to me and was quick and savvy. Can’t wait to see results. Came back to revise because after a week I am still having a terrible rodent issue. They are supposed to come back but I hope that when they do they’ll actually do more labor to search for holes rather than just put down traps.

A Professtional job done by the Tech, Angel. He was very friendly, courteous and informative. We had tiny flys in the house and after the treatment they were gone. The treatment was clean and did not have an odor or residue. Angel did a thorough job inside and outside the house, as well as, the garage. He got rid of our problem bugs and we are so thankful for that. We will definitely use Eco-Star for all our exterminating problems again. This is a company you can trust. I highly recommend them.

Our building has the contract with the company. When I reached out they came on the second occasion and treatment was to spray around in the apartment. Hope the spraying will take care of the cockroach infestation - I'd prefer not to see those bugs again!

UPDATE: we’re still dealing with a mouse problem one year later. The second time Michael was very knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to look behind our dishwasher and oven and found holes there that were fully sealed afterward. EcoStar has come 3 times and each time they find new holes and then our landlord tries to seal them but the problem continues.

Really great company to work with and the exterminator, Michael was really fantastic. He took the time to explain to me what was going on within my apartment but also went through each nook and cranny to ensure my place was mouse-free. Would only call them in future.
