We recently used Smart Defense Pest Control company and had an excellent experience. Abashi was incredibly prompt—he showed up right on time and was very extremely professional and knowledgable, immediately, we know that we were in good hands. What stood out just as much was how friendly and professional Abashi was, he took the time to explain what issue he observed and what he was doing, answered all of our questions patiently, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Most importantly, their service was highly effective. We had been dealing with mice, spiders, and a few other persistent pests, and after their treatment, we’ve seen a dramatic improvement. It’s clear they know what they’re doing and take pride in delivering real results. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Abashi and Smart Defense Pest Control service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, timely, and effective pest control.

I was in need of service for an infestation of Asian ladybugs in my basement and found this company online and called them. They were here first thing in the morning and went right to work on the problem I signed up as a steady customer on a yearly basis . We came back from vacation to a massive wasps nest on our back porch. Sent a picture to Abashi and he showed up that day. Thankful he did, as it turns out had one of my kids wandered back there, there were enough of them to cause some serious harm. Abashi took care of it safely and effectively, ensuring we were inside and safe while he removed it. You can tell he loves what he does and really loves being able to help people. 10/10 recommend tis company!

Great experience, Abashi was very informative and explained details of home inspection thoroughly. He also made himself available immediately when termites were found, coming over that same day to inspect and give advice.

The owner of this business is extremely professional and acts in the best interest of his clients. The first time I used this company, he came out same day to assess. Just this past week, he squeezed me into his already booked up schedule so that he could spray my yard prior to an event. He went out of his way to make this happen for me, such excellent customer service. Every time I have contacted him, he responds right away and is always helpful. If you live in the Windham area, hire this guy! You won't be disappointed. You can do an annual plan that covers everything, both indoor and outdoors! Pests, mosquitos, bees, rodents, you name it, he does it all. Very knowledgeable as well.

Working with Abashi and a Smart Defense has been great! I signed in as a customer in January when they took care of my mouse problem. I called the Friday before the 4th of July weekend as I had some ants in my house and not only did someone answer my call, but Abashi was at my house within a couple of hours. I was not expecting that given it was a long weekend. He’s always so pleasant and kind, and the ants are gone! I highly recommend this company!

I very much liked the service. They are very committed to solving the "How" rather than just putting down pesticides. First the inspection revealed the way the bugs were getting in, then they came up with solutions to solve that issue. After that I requested a small treatment to knock down the bugs followed by what I needed to do to prevent the bugs entry into the home. Really satisfied with the professional advise on how this happened and how to prevent it in the future. Found this business on Google and went with them based on location and reviews. I would highly recommend them!!!

Best experience with an exterminator today! They responded quickly, were thorough in their investigation of the problem and provided a solution in the same visit.
