The Brochu team are terrific. John started with taking out a gnarly yellow jacket hive outside our bedroom. From there, we hired them to manage our overall critter "situation." Living in the NH woods, there's always critters. John and the team are professional, do what they say, and are super reliable and responsive. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Had Brochu come out to deal with a few yellow jacket nests we discovered on our property. We contacted them at 11pm the night before and had a technician out by 3 pm the next day. He was super knowledgable, informative, likable and easy to work with. Our infestation has already cleared up and we signed on to have them stop by quarterly for inspections and other critters. Their prices are very competitive and their communication was impeccable. Highly recommend working with them for your infestations.

Needed treatment of a church member's mobile home for bedbugs. Brochu was VERY responsive, accommodating and flexible, despite us having to cancel once and then reschedule. I contacted Dave Brochu and he was at our house within a few days to treat the house for mice. John Tortora was the technician that arrived on time and explained what he found and how he treated the house for mice. Excellent job from start to finish. I would highly recommend Brochu Pest Solutions!

Dave was excellent! We had a yellow jacket nest that had formed in our basement sill and started getting bees in the basement. We called on a Wednesday morning and he was out Thursday afternoon. He looked over the whole basement and a couple areas outside of concern we pointed out. He spent time explaining it all to us and answering all our questions, then put on his bee suit and went to work. My daughter especially enjoyed seeing him in the suit! He treated with a couple different things to take care of the issue (which he said would take a few days to have the full impact) and eased our minds at the same time. It was a relatively quick process and very reasonably priced. We won't hesitate to have them back should we have any further pest issues in the future. We also appreciated that they were local and we were happy to also support a veteran.

SCAM ARTIST!. I never replied to an email for service, and somebody still showed up to perform unauthorized work. What a shame, you people are "shallow low lifes" just to make your bottom line look better. Charged $200.00 for uncessary work, and you threatened me with small claims. The female that answers the phone is all about the mighty $$$.

Dave came out and did the work. He was prompt, courteous, listened well, and was quite professional. Myself and a neighbor both used his services and he offered us a discount for multiple customers. Overall a positive experience, would hire again.
