The technician arrived at approximately 6:45 and got right to work. He went around to entire yard and made sure he sprayed around to brush in the back part of my yard. This service is the best.

It has been a couple of months now and we see a big difference in being able to stay out later at night without the skeeters buzzing and we haven't found one tick on the dog or cat so far. Especially, with all the rain is June I was skeptical but so far it has been great. I actually live in Merrimack, NH - not Rye!

Horrible customer service. They came I sat on the deck they NEVER came around the house. I went to look for them ten minutes later and they were nowhere to be found. I have complained to them. They say satisfaction guaranteed, I got a blanket standard email about how they were within their rights. Well your treatment never made one difference..and 10 Minuites if it was that long is shabby at best. You scam the communities. So now we will go to the proper authorities as Satisfaction guarantee's are taken seriously

I was one of the first customers when Mosquito Squad opened in Greenland. That was close to 8 years ago. This year, for no reason other they decided to drop us as a customer. Just so you know, we payed all our bills, so there was no issues there. I called and emailed the owner and he never replied to me. After weeks of emails, he finally replied with "We are too busy". As a loyal customer, I was appalled at the owners attitude. BioSpray was happy to have my business, and they said they were picking up many unsatisfied customer from them.

We were not happy with their service we tried to cancel they ended up charging us for 3/4 of a season and we only received 3 out of 8 treatments. The %100 money back guarantee if you are not satisfied is a lie seeing they wouldn't even credit us back for services not rendered.
