Used them for two separate houses, one to check the sounds coming from a crawl space, and one for quarterly protection service. The crawl space service spent an hour locating the issue, explaining to me the options, and then provided a quote that was $1,000 less than an independent contractor who I had previously received a quote from. The worst of the worst. We have even filed a complaint but they still fail. We have a 3 month old we’ve been dealing with rats for months now. We made an appointment and they just left without doing anything. Then they had another guy come out he wasn’t going to do anything either but was nice enough to put rat bait out. Well he never came back for a check up. My oven dishwasher and possibly fridge have been chewed through. I can’t drink anything with ice in it cause there’s rat fur in it. We h

Goodness, how are they getting five stars?!? I’ve been a customer for over a decade and they’re terrible. Every single spring I get ants inside, for last three years. I call for them to - come back. How’s about get it right so I’m not managing daily ant surveillance and treatment? And when I call, they tell me we can’t come for weeks!!! In meantime? I deal with ants!?! Just terrible. For a long term customer . I’m here looking for someone who does the job, not one that needs me to call them back
