Have been super impressed with Mainely Grass. The service, communication, and professionalism is second to none. Layne was extremely informative and completed a thorough treatment. It’s known that there are plenty of other lawn care companies in the southern Maine area (and beyond). I’ve had other companies in the past and they do not come close to the mainely Grass team. Highly recommend!!!

We were a little unsure when Mainely Grass took over the organic lawn care company we had been using, but three years in, we couldn’t be happier! Their methods are different from what we were used to, but just as effective. Our lawn looks great, and we’ve found their service to be an excellent value. And a special shout-out to Josh, our technician. I imagine running a business where you mostly hear from customers when something goes wrong can’t be easy, but Josh goes out of his way to check in and ask if there are any issues that need attention. He’s friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in doing a good job. Three years later, we’re very happy we made the switch. Great company, great service, and a great value. Highly recommend Mainely Grass!

Jordan our service tech and customer service follow-up are knowledgeable and fast to respond. Our weeds took advantage of the climate this season and ran with it. Mainley Grass came out to service with extra weed control sessions with just a quick email request.

The techs are always polite, professional and informative. Our property in Kennebunkport has been handed down for three generations. The lawn has not looked this good in 50 years!!

They are not reliable at all. Third no show today. The first time their truck pulled into driveway at 7:15am, sat for 5 minutes and left. We got a message later, "equipment failure". They are 10 minutes from our house and must have 20 trucks there at least. No one could cover? Next time, reports for rain, flooding, blah blah. But they schedule an application on a day with downpours all day. Then they day of because of weather. Then today... we have a friendly lab that hangs out on our steps. I am waiting for the application that I have also share (3 times) with our tenant. But no application. Later on email arrives. "there was an animal outside". They dont tell me when they are coming, or make a phone call or knock on door to state, "hey the dog has to be put in". They do not provide a time in advance for any sort of planning, such as keeping the dog in. And now.. since I can't get anyone on the phone I have to wait for them to call me back so I can cancel my service and find someone more reliable. I have a tight schedule of weed control, spread loam, hydro seed new lawn. And they are screwing that schedule up.

Daniel did a quick and effective job at applying the weed control. He is very conscientious, he picked up a toy in the yard as he was applying and inadvertently left with it in his equipment. A while later he returned with the toy. You don't see many people do the right thing these days, but Daniel made the effort.

As usual, Daniel provided outstanding service. He is consistently polite, knowledgeable, and professional

John was our technician today from Mainely Grass for pest control. We had reached out to other pest control companies & no other companies responded. Mainely Grass was prompt in responding & was very willing to accept our specific requests. Today John was very professional, friendly, polite, respectful, knowledgeable & walked around the yard with us so we could show him our areas of concern. We are very pleased so far. Hopefully the pests are NOT pleased!!! Thank you, John & Mainely Grass!
