Communication and scheduling issues outweigh the effective pest control. The team would show up unannounced and would begin spraying TALSPAR P before my pregnant wife had a chance to vacate the property. The first time this happened, I asked the team to call before service appointments, but they did not. There should have been notes in my file with my requests and circumstance, but they did not have the documentation.

Matt was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions and eased my concerns. The treatment was completed quickly. Also, the office manager was understanding of my issues and responded accordingly. This whole process was easy and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using Precision for any of my future “pests” needs. You should too!!

These guys were the best! We had a yellow jacket problem, they were getting into our house. Initially, when I called, they didn’t seem to have anyone that was able to come out same day. A couple minutes later, they called me back and were able to squeeze me in! Steve came out within the hour and took care of the problem. We couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided. This company is amazing. Second time they’ve been to our house for two different hives and after our daughter got stung three times yesterday and now our grandson today they came out immediately and took care of it very professional very reasonable and we highly recommend this company. Had a yellow jacket nest in a hard to reach spot under my back porch The tech they sent out was awesome he got the nest removed this tech did his best to get the job done you could tell he honestly wanted to give it his all and he did after he left saw a couple of bees around but late afternoon I see no bees I wish I remember his name he was great his boss could use 10 more guys like him

This is the best pest control service in the area. They are the only spot where you can call and have a live person answer instead of a bot. Not only that but, before trying to upsell you on solutions they will listen and try to help over the phone. Very kind owners and highly reccomend their services.

My husband and I are travel nurses and up here for an assignment for 6 months. In that 6 months I delivered a baby up here living in an RV. Small space. On top of post partum, we found a cockroach. I called precision and Ryan came out. He searched high and low and found no evidence of infestation. He was so honest and didn’t want to charge me for a Lone Ranger. That night, we thought we saw another one. He came back the next day and laid bait everywhere. Again, honest in his approach and with a newborn didn’t want unnecessary chemicals present for this infestation I was now imagining. He called multiple times to see how it was going and offered to come by and check in. He didn’t mind that in all of this, I started to lose my mind. Hallucinating the bugs. He came back and continued to reassure me he saw nothing. He was so patient and kind. I cannot express how lovely this company was to deal with. Postpartum is hard enough, add in a small RV, all the rain and a bug problem. They were so gracious. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Precision Pest Control just handled a nest of yellow jackets in the wall of our house. They were fast, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend their services.

Last fall while having some work done, there were at least three ant colonies found in the house behind the siding where the decks were. Our contractor was on a tight schedule so we needed an exterminator that day. I called Precision and not only was the person I spoke to very pleasant, they sent someone that day. We decided to sign up for a seasonal service which began today about an hour after I called. They a very responsive and the prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend Precision Pest Service!

If you are looking for pest exterminators of any kind I highly suggest Precision Pest Control. I had a massive bee infestation in the walls of my house. I called several places and no one picked up. When I called PPC they picked up immediately and were at my house within an hour. They exterminated a massive bee nest and came back the next week,They were always on time, quick, easy to work with and very fair with pricing. My life was infinitely easier thanks to these guys.

I hired them for a one time service as I just moved into a new home and was planning on doing my own spraying later on. I was told they did a cash discount and opted to pay cash. They told me $400 and that’s what I gave the tech when he was here. A few months later I get an email that I was scheduled for another service which I immediately emailed back to cancel. They told me that I signed up for a multi appointment contract and that they would cancel it if I paid for the first service and a nest removal. I was not told about any nests and that I was on a multi appointment contract. When I brought up that I already paid, they said they had no record of it and I should just pay the extra $125 and they would “forget about it”. A week or so later they had the tech call me which lead to him telling me I was a liar and that he’s been doing this for years without issue and that he clearly puts cash on the slip every time someone pays cash, there was no mark therefore I must have never paid. At the time of the service I never received any slip, receipt, or anything of the sort, which in hindsight was my biggest mistake. Today I received a bill for the full amount, which again was the price of apparently 3 services when I only received one. I don’t know if this was an honest mistake by a rushed technician, if the money ended up in someone’s pocket, or if this is just their way to squeeze another $125 out of a one time customer but I feel like this company is a scam and anyone considering them should be sure to never give anyone here cash. At this point I don’t know if I should be asking for a refund, pay the extra $125, or fear that they will send me to collections for another $400. Completely unprofessional practices and borderline scam like behavior.

They get you into a contract and offer to follow your move to another home then they say they can't. Not a fair business.

I called Precision Pest Control to schedule a time to remove a hornets nest from under our deck with the expectation that it would be a few days before they were able to come out due to it being the busy summer season, however, they were able to schedule us in for the next day! The technician, Ryan, arrived at our home the following morning and reviewed, removed and destroyed the nest quickly and professionally. He then provided me with excellent feedback on how to prevent the nest from being rebuilt. I will absolutely be calling Precision Pest Control in the future; professional, prompt and quality service!
