We've been using Bio-Spray for probably 20 years now and we're very happy with their service and pricing. They are very good about communicating (texts with dates of arrival etc.). The services work very well for our lawn maintenance needs.

Bio-Spray is the best local lawn service! They do an excellent job, care about my satisfaction, the customer service is incredible and I love that they have organic options. Rob was especially attentive to notice that my dogs were in the fenced in area out back and needed to be brought inside.

This was our first time having to rid an area of your yard of poison ivy. BioSpray set up a plan that has eradicated the issue. The technicians were routinely punctual and gave us updates as to arrival. Rob was particularly careful with letting us know since we have a dog and wanted to be sure he would be safe. Thank you

Such a great locally owned and operated lawn and pest company. Biospray has our grass looking better than ever. Crab grass completely gone. Ticks and mosquitoes much lower than years before we started with Biospray.

Find a more professionally managed company. Unless...You really like spending hours emailing or calling a company about their mistaken billing or about them not pausing a service after you've asked even after you've gotten multiple email and phone apologies and verbal assurances all was set. Because you'll get this with Bio-Spray. Was a customer for years - just wanted to pause services in September to regrow a crabgrass hit lawn despite preventative (hot summer, not their fault). Accepted their very nice offer of a "no charge service" for help with the dead lawn/crabgrass that I did not even ask them for and what a mistake - billing over and over for the "free of charge" then service not paused as asked running over my newly seeded lawn, then more mistaken billing for the paused service- and more apologies and assurances of "account zero'ed out" from Mathew manager and them "fixing" then holy cow an actual debt collector letter in the dead of winter after no bills or knowledge of any charge since the last assurance of "zero'ed out" for the $45 "free of charge" service they apologized for in Nov. Am incredulous at this point.I just wanted to pause my service.

Great locally owned company, very professional and knowledgable! We have been with Bio Spray for many years and have used them for lawn care and tick control! No ticks on our kids and our lawn is one of the plushest in our neighborhood!

These people are the most unprofessional WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, staring with the president, and this guy Keith, they started good approx. 4 years ago, and then stating not showing up and me chasing them to come; shame on me for not calling someone else, they agreed since they did their free estimate to treat certain areas of the property and now they pretend to come and spent 3 minutes and refused to treat the far end of the yard, and mosquitos back within a week, they are not supposed to spray my fruit trees and they keep doing it, and don't dare to complain because this Keith would not let you talk tell you you are interrupting him, and tell you to end the call and talk to the tech when he comes when you ask him to let you finish. tried to talk to the owner and he is the same or worst. So after I gave them my business for 4 years and recommended them to all the neighbors close to me I'm done with their rudeness, because the president is even worst, and I'm not a ... who just complains, all I have ever asked is to not spray my fruit trees, let me know in advance when they are coming, for me to empty my bird bath and remove the bird feeders, (because they never respect them and spray them all), to please don't wait for me to call when I can't step on the yard anymore because the mosquitos are so bad, and it is way past due the application, and to please spray my property and my neighbors at the same time, which by the way my neighbors have ask the same thing repeatedly.

I am less than impressed with Bio-Spray. I was home when "treatment" was applied.... less than 5 min and workers sat in the truck for 15 min then left. I called to discuss, they were polite sent someone out the next week. They did a "spot" treatment again less than five minutes.. a week and a half later dandelions and clover pop up in the lawn. Needless to say a total waist of money.
