I had them come August of 2025 . One guy came . Very professional. Walked me thru the process. I was skeptical that with such little prep and only one day that the problem would be fixed but here we are 6 months later NO BUGS ! I did have an extensive clean up after but it was worth it ! I would make the same choice today . If you are on the fence between this and chemical treatment, trust me do this !!

Keith was professional and prompt. His respect and care for his K9 was impressive, as well as his knowledge and dedication to share accurate information about the subject matter. Nothing was found here at my home, and now I have peace of mind, which is priceless! Thank you!

Honestly I had really high hopes for this company. At the time we first discovered the bed bugs we newly moved into a home. I was pregnant with a 6 year old and a 6 month old. Prior to Brian coming to do the heat treatment, my husband and I washed everything we could, dried everything we could, vacuumed, did DE before and after etc. we took so many precautions. I was terrified honestly. I also wanted to avoid the chemical treatment due to having babies and being pregnant hence why I found the heat treatment. So we put down the deposit for our heat treatment and had Brian come. It was hectic to say the least because we had to leave our home for an entire day and that is very hard with kids. We ended up spending thousands for the heat treatment and another couple hundred on a hotel for the day/night. Brian assured we did a great job cleaning and initially heat treating what we could. We hardly had many things or furniture. Okay so we come back home fast forward to about 6 weeks later I found a bed bug in my daughter’s bed. I freaked out a bit and messaged Brian. He told me that I should’ve done the dog but that he is available for me to pick up the head units and do it myself. Which is a part of the heat treatment price point. We drove an hour to pick up the fans. Set it all up and did another treatment on my daughters room. Really thought we were over it but here we are about an entire year later May 2025 and I have found 3 alive bed bugs and multiple dead ones. I think that the dead ones very well could be leftover from the heat treatment as we have moved some furniture around. I am appalled at how much money I paid Brian to not eradicate the full spectrum of the bed bugs. These bed bugs are also large and no just hatched eggs. I don’t understand how this company can not have a guaranteed service or warranty without you having to pay an additional hundreds of dollars for the dog to come. Even then it seems like you will just have to keep paying for the dog!!! I’d love a refund but we all know that won’t happen because “bed bugs can come from anywhere” even though I have taken MANY precautions since the first sight of them. Waste of money. Just look up how to prevent bed bugs. DE, bed leg traps, mattress bed bug protector, vacuum, etc etc etc. screw this company. It also sucks because Brian could’ve helped us understand more but he didn’t and didn’t really give us advice on how to move forward best. I think it’s unlikely we caught bed bugs twice three times. Makes no sense.

Debug Your Bed provided me with great service. They did not try to upsell me at any point, and only tried to educate me on the best options for success. While my treatment was a little more complex and required more than one visit. Bryan was true to his word and the warranty worked just as he stated. Thank you! I originally reached out to Bryan about renting a few machines for DIY. Before I knew it, Bryan had spend over 45 minutes with me on the phone educating me on the do's and dont's, and what would be my best option for success. Eventually I decided it would best best to let Bryan do the service. Bryan was true to his word throughout the process. Be advised that it may definitely take a little patience. After the treatment, there were still a few reported bugs. After following the warranty process, Bryan made the second trip out and conducted a second treatment at no additional cost. In the end, the problem was taken care of. It's now been about 6 months and I have not heard a single complaint from the tenants. While the cost may be a little surprising, it makes sense to do it right the first time. I would not hesitate to work with Debug Your Bed in the future, although I do really hope I never have a bedbug problem like this again!

Answered all questions. I ended up changing my mind last second and not renting the equipment after I already paid for it. They didn’t ask any questions and gave me my money back. Seems like a great company

We're so thankful for this business, and that it is so close to home in Southern NH! From the very beginning, Monica was incredibly helpful in walking us through our options (and for calmly explaining things while I was freaking out!). Renting the equipment was clearly and thoroughly explained. They answered all of my questions knowledgably.

After finding a single bedbug & freaking out, Bryan came to the rescue with grounding facts, calming logic, and many options for how to proceed. Within a couple of days we had a sniffer doggo check the house, which thankfully didn’t find any additional buggers. Hopefully this marks the end of our experience, but I’ll definitely call Bryan back if the problem persists. They earned my trust.

I cannot recommend Debug more. Affordable, super fast, professional, and even comforting during the stress and confusion of an infestation! Bryan and Monica are the absolute best in the business when it comes to handling bed bugs. 10/10 will recommend to anyone who has this unfortunate issue. Debug is the way!

No bedbugs found! Of course that is good news, but even more important is how much we learned from the initial call and then the inspection. Call them first--and especially before you go to the store and buy poison.

We are forever grateful for meeting and working with Bryan and Monica (owners of Debug Your Bed). They were absolutely wonderful to work with! They brought sanity to the process of rationally identifying the scope of our bedbug problem and to the treatment process. We had been dealing with a bed bug problem in a very tricky situation during which we received conflicting advice from far too many companies. Would that we had begun the process by talking with Bryan and Monica. They were extremely responsive to the problem and encouraging and supportive. They came up with a solution and made everything as easy as it could be. Because of our tricky situation it took two treatments, but they persevered and got rid of the problem completely. We would highly recommend Debug Your Bed to anybody who has a bed bug problem. Not only did Bryan and Monica solve our problem, but a bonus is that they are a delight to work with.

Let's be real - NO ONE talks about bed bugs but it's a very real thing. It does not have to be related to anything - Anyone can find themselves facing bed bugs. I called this company on a Sunday night at 7pm expecting to leave a message and Bryan answered the phone! I was, of course, freaking out and he was so calm explaining all my options. He also did not force me into treating my entire house - We went the route of getting a K9 in and they were so amazing. They knew everywhere to look and check. Luckily, we caught this super early and it was only in 2 rooms. The dog inspected on Tuesday and Bryan and Monica came right in on Wednesday to set up the heat treatment. Because it was 2 rooms, my husband and I monitored and did EVERYTHING that Bryan and Monica instructed. Let me be clear - These people are the people to work with!! They are realistic, knowledgable, and kind - especially when the home owner can really be struggling with this disruption of life. Bryan and Monica take the time to talk to you and educate you on how easily bed bugs can just sneak their way into your life. They are quite the duo! I hope you never need this service but if you do, you will be happy you went with the heat treatment!

Bryan and Monica were able to secure Keith and his canine team to check my home within 24 hours of first contact. (It was the Sunday of a holiday weekend!) We made a solid plan during our phone call. Thank goodness our home was all clear, and I didn’t need further services. I would recommend this business for their timeliness and professionalism.

Bryan is simply awesome. When I had a bed bug scare, he took my call at 9pm (including answering my questions and concerns for nearly an hour) and was at my house the next day to do a very thorough inspection. He was also very easy and quick to communicate with before and after his visits. I HIGHLY recommend him and his services!

Thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and the care provided by this amazing company! I highly recommend them if you have a major or minor bed bug infestation anywhere in your home. I was really reluctant to use chemicals as I’m super sensitive and needed a thermal option to rid our bed bugs. Plus, the heat option is much more effective in getting rid of them and also leaves no toxic residue. Brian arranged to have a dog come into the house prior to treatment to find the little critter’s exact location, which the dog found right away! The fact that he has connections with a highly trained dog is exceptional and something not a lot of other exterminators use around there!! Brian was extremely attentive and educated me on all of my options. I could tell he is a great teacher because he spent time explaining things and he was also very patient with me, since I was completely out of my mind bonkers from having bed bugs!!!! He and Monica both worked well together and make a great team; you can tell they’re experienced. Communication was great and clear instructions were given for both pre and post treatment. They’re also really nice, genuine people and their price is competitive! Do not waste any of your valuable time going to anyone else if you have a bed bug problem!! You will not regret going to them!
