Not one to leave negative reviews, but after this door knocking sales rep came by, proceeding to pull every trick in the book to try and get me to sign up. - give a fake compliment the client - mention neighbors in the area who already signed up - point out where wasps are (when there are none) - don't take no thanks as an answer - keep pushing even when the client is trying to go back inside. Your services might be great, but you need to do something about the sales side of things. Left me feeling pretty gross after he left, like I offended him...

Removed bees nest and wasp/hornets nests. Treated for ants. Very personable, knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent service

Kristen was professional and very accommodating. This was our first treatment, and we weren’t fully aware of the preparation needed. We also had a family gathering happening at the same time, with kids and our dog present. Understanding the situation, Kristen kindly offered to come back so the visit wouldn’t interrupt the event. She lightly treated the area without spraying. Kristen was extremely polite and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the treatment plan. We truly appreciated her flexibility and professionalism.

Just had initial service from Anchor Pest Control. This included tick / mosquito fogging as well as comprehensive insect and rodent treatments on the exterior of my home. The Tech, Matthew was very cordial and professional. He provided a clear briefing, answering all my questions and responding to my requests.
