Early season ants were spotted in the house. Cornerstone provided prompt, professional, and friendly service. I am happy with the work and glad that they offer year round protection so I don't have to worry about ants crawling back in.

Had Cornerstone Pest control out for a full home exclusion back in fall and it was great. Chad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This spring we had some small signs of mice and Chad came back out and double checked everything and found some small new openings they might be getting into. Again, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to make sure we were completely satisfied with our work being done. Would highly recommend to anyone asking. Update, I have since purchased the warranty with cornerstone and at any sign of mice activity they are able to send out a technician. Chad has been more then willing to work and find any and all entry ways that move may be getting into the home. We live in the woods, so the expectation isn't perfection, but Chad has it in his head that is what he is after.

Spoke with Anthony on the phone to go over a commercial pest plan, and schedule the initial set-up. Chad was the technician that came out to my property today to set-up the plan. Anthony and Chad are both super nice people who reviewed the plan and have made themselves available for questions/concerns. I feel confident in their approach to ensuring my business remains pest-free. Highly recommend the Cornerstone team for your commercial needs!

The exclusion process was new to me but it’s the best way to prevent mice from getting in a structure and Chad at Cornerstone is a pro. On time, professional, respectful of my home and time. He explained what he was doing and why. Chad was all over the house working and I felt comfortable and secure with him here. Of all the places I called, they either didn’t call back or didn’t do Exclusion. Cornerstone called back and had all the right answers that told me they knew how to do this. Between the customer service at the office and Chad’s work, they are building a relationship with a loyal customer. Good stuff.

Joshua being an expert Technician with decades of experience worked diligently to solve our problem. He asked about the squirrel issues we were experiencing and investigated any points of entry. He inspected the interior and exterior points of our attic. Afterwords he installed a one way door on a vent outside and checked around the roof lining for any other entry points. He was absolutely great and completed the job with ease. Joshua must be a valuable asset to Cornerstone. Thank you for your job well done!

Hard to rate Chad since I was not home. My disabled husband tried to answer the door but needed additional time to reach him. Chad left quickly but seemed to have addressed all the issues outside.
