On hold with “cancelations” for over a half hour. Still on hold. Can’t modify my appointment, which I never made. Customer service agent insisted they call me back for a potential appointment because I said no. I messed I’m and said call me Friday. I now have an appointment for Friday for my first service that I never said yes to or verified. Can’t modify because you are obligated to have an account number which only comes on a service slip. Can’t make an account to modify/cancel appointment. Sales agent was making claims of things that I never said. Quoting me that I said I was ripping my hair out about my pest problem which never actually was spoken. I just wanted an idea of cost. Very simple and not much to what I spoke. She should not be saying I am eager and ready right away for this service I never agreed to. I will not pay for the service if this person shows up at my house. It will be a waste of your time. Not mine. Even in my call to cancel before being transferred to cancelations, the customer service rep said that there are notes that say to call back on Friday to schedule. She spelled out that it should not be scheduled and apologized for that inconvenience and she hopes I will call to make an appointment. Which I won’t based on this first and second experience. ALSO, While on hold I took it upon myself to drive to their location that states open 24 hours. Hard to believe they’d be open 24 hours but hey while we’re on hold why not. No signage. Branch isn’t open so hours are incorrect and they don’t show their business hours so I can go in and get help since their customer service line sucks. 1 star is an over statement.

We saw one of your truck's at the neighbors. We called feeling we might need you because of this. Nathan O came and was amazing. He explained everything and we are so happy to add you all into our family. We are new homeowner's and having Nathan O here today just made me feel so much better. Thank Orkin family!!
