Good: Most of the technicians are great and friendly. Bad: The customer service is just horrible, somehow they got a really bad manager and that reflects on the other employees too. Prices are higher than other options in the region, they should have a better customer service to at least get to the standard their pricing imply. Not recommended. — they also lie in the customer review answers. I was at the house during the mentioned day, however far from the front door. The employee is seen in the camera, after doing the external perimeter, coming to the front door and knocking and then leaving. No attempts to press the smart doorbell neither to knock in the back door. I’m dropping to 1 star because instead of answering the review with honest, the company double down on the mistake and now is directly lying on my review response. Be aware!

We have used Genuine Pest Control for more than 4 years now and we could not have asked for better service or product! Our technician Austin is always so thorough and friendly. He always notifies me when he is on the way and he is very punctual! The company has an online customer portal which makes seeing stats on your account, paying the bill and keeping up communication with the office extremely easy and efficient! I am always confident we remain bug free!

I use them every year for my weed control. They do a great job and if for some reason some weeds show up in the Calander year they will come back and spray it again as part of their service.

Had a weed respray done, technician was on time, very professional. He hand sprayed the areas I pointed out, and then went all around my property looking for other problem areas. Great job, great service Just finished having the weed service done again, my third year. If you wonder if it’s worth the money, my answer is yes. Last year my neighbors had weeds, my yard was weed free. The service is great, technicians arrive on time, professional, and friendly. Definitely worth the money.

Fantastic company would visit again

We've been using GPC for 3 years. We have regular bug spraying service. They are always on time and will call or text when they're on their way. We also got the rodent proof service, and since then, we have never had any creatures in the crawlspace. Great service. I highly recommend them!

Everyone I have come in contact with at genuine pest control are really good people. I had weed treatment done two different years and there were areas that needed to be retreated. No problem, no bad attitude just great customer service. The office personnel and service technicians are AAA+ 👍

This is the second year we have used Genuine for weed control on our acre lot. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and I love that if anything grows the rest of the year i can just call and they will come back and spray (included in annual initial fee) Last year we had a lot of yucky tumble weeds or whatever they are called before they tumble. It take a couple weeks for the bigger ones but they are killed all the way to the root for much easier removal. This year we hardly had anything growing but i wanted to be sure we didn’t have to think about it. Our neighbors front yards had the green stuff growing (that looks nice for maybe a week), our hardly had anything.

The staff is super friendly and professional. Chris is the best each time I call. She is very helpful and always return my calls in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company 👌

Incredibly overpriced for the service they provide. $275 with a 90 day guarantee. Lololol I wouldn’t call them again. We figured out how to kill the gophers on our own. Just need some gassers. Open the tunnel. Throw that sucker in there. Cover the new mound with fresh dirt to keep the gas from escaping and………… Voila! We’ve gotten them every time. Even found a dead one on top of our lawn, no gopher can escape. When we called it took them so long to come out; the gophers were having a party under our lawn. The key to killing your rodents: get them as soon as you can. We got the double sized gassers from Amazon. They work like a charm. BTW Also covered our dryer vent with a fine mesh metal screen to the outside. Keep those rats at bay.

For too expensive for the service they provide. Not knowledgeable about their task. Problem was exasperated by their lack of knowledge. I would not recommend them. Funny that you don't recognize me. $2000 , yes $2000 to get rid of rats. Not even a monthly visit. The expert said that his trap caught a mouse and a rat. He didn't know that rats and mice don't co habit. Much better pest control services in town, sorry!

Very impressed with Steven. He takes time to explain in easy to understand terms what he is doing & what to expect. Finally got tired of rats destruction & not able to run them off like before. Setting traps, spraying repellent & securing house is well worth the cost. Besides, the dogs like him!

Did a Termite Inspection for a buyer they did a great job !

have always had good experiences with the company but this last time the man did not shut the gate all the way and it did not latch got lucky my dogs didn't get out they have no clue how dangerous car or other animals they have never run loose cars to them are just a ride not danger

Not a good company to work for or to go for your bugs. He was very rude when my parents stopped using his company for one . And for two He’s not a nice person. Takes advantage of people and his prices are high.And his receptionists need a dress code like it’s not high school showing to much skin isn’t professional for this field. We will not call on these people ever again. We are not very happy with the results that we received for the rat problem we had. We paid for them to come out and take care of the problem. They came out and supposedly covered areas that they could get in on our house and then they set out 2 sticky traps out, and two bait boxes. My husband set out rat traps out on his own as well as placing poison out. Nothing was trapped on the sticky traps and when we checked the bait boxes they still had bait in them. When we told them we still had rats, we were told that it would cost us $250 more a month to put out more bait. They told us were had a year guarantee what did that mean ? That as long as we kept paying they would put out more bait? We told them to come and pick up their traps and we will take care of it ourselves. Which is what we have done. My dog has caught more than they did. My husband has caught more with his traps than the bait boxes. We dumped the bait boxes where we know that they are and we have seen that they are now eating the bait and will then be gone. Would not call on these people ever again.

For $700.00 genuine pest control said they would trap the roof rats in my attic and plug up any holes on my roof that the rats could get in my attic and guarantee it for a year. Three weeks went by and Arron came about 6 times. They didn’t trap a rat and the rats were still getting in and out. I talked to Casey the Boss and he said to make a recording of the noises I was hearing because people hear other things and think they hear rats. I had no choice but to hire someone else that caught the rats. In the 3 weeks the rats destroyed my heating ducts that cost $4500.00 to replace, I asked Casey for a refund but he refused. I made a BIG MISTAKE WHEN I HIRED GENUINE PEST CONTROL.
