I found a wasp nest n my yard. Nikki was so helpful on the phone, and Devon came out the next day. She took time to investigate the nest holes and sprayed for them right then. She explained how the wasps live and what next steps to take. She also looked in my craw space for evidence of pests or rodents. She even showed me what she found down there. Excellent customer service!! I highly recommend this regional small business. Two thumbs up.

The people at Raptor Pest Control are just fantastic. I heard something scratching around in the attic one morning and contacted Nikki at Raptor. By the afternoon, Nikki and her team member were at the office, had assessed the situation, and instituted a plan that got the job done! They were back two days later (over the holidays, no less) to retrieve the unfortunate critter. Ongoing communication was excellent. They followed up with additional inspection visits and confirmed that the situation was mitigated, and reached out several times afterwards to make sure that there was no more activity in the attic. Their service was prompt, professional, and genuinely caring — these are professionals that take pride in what they do and a great service to our community.
