Be careful using this company, they act all nice and professional up front, then they suck you in to a yearly contract, and if you have an issue with there service they will cancel your contract and charge whatever credit card you have on file the remaining balance, even though you didn't authorize it. I actually didn't use their service and now I'm glad. They wanted $150 just to come and see if I needed their services. Turns out I didn't (had some weevils). I don't know how their services are if you end up needing them but $150 to just find out was outrageous to me. It would've taken their inspector less than 15 minutes to determine that, and that includes driving time. I would strongly suggest lowering the initial inspection fee to free or less than $50 ... We've been using Evolve's pest control services for about 8 years now and they've been doing a great job. They come every few months and will make an additional complimentary visit if you do happen to see anything that needs to be addressed. Aside from the occasional earwig, we see absolutely no bugs in the house and they are definitely keeping away the spiders and scorpions.
