We are locally owned and family operated. We love serving Elko and being apart of this community. Local Pest Control is big because if you need a call back service were not coming from Reno to help you. Elko has a real need for Pest control and we want to provide the best service possible.

I called and same day battle born post control came out to the school! He showed up early and got to work which was great! Super friendly and sprayed the entire inside and outside. Would highly recommend!

THE BEST IN ELKO!! We had a yellow jacket infestation under our front porch guarding our door like attack dogs. I called Charles after my son was stung and like Superman he came out SO FAST, and had these wasps defeated!! He is extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job keeping my kiddos safe from stings. 10/5 stars for sure!

Charles really cares about what he does. He goes above and beyond for us when it comes to pest control! He focuses on scheduling in a timely manner and he always does a great job! We don’t have to worry about spiders or mice anymore but if we do see some he is a phone call away to fix it for us! Very dependable! We recommend him to everyone!

Man.... thank you so much. I try my best to use my years of experience to solve someone's problem. Sometimes it's quick and sometimes it takes a few trys. The best part about my job is the problem is the same but the solution is different and it really keeps me thinking to solve the issue. Thanks again for the review

I have been having a bug problem for almost a month. I felt very discouraged and wanted to burn my house down and start over. Charles assured me it's not necessary and that he would help. He found a leaking pipe in our wall that was causing the problem. I'm beyond grateful and I can't recommend him enough.

Honestly, I can tell you the day to. Day stuff is fun. I love doing it, but when I get a chance to learn something new and use my years of experience to help track down the problem. I called these guys up and they asked me a few questions to try and understand my problem. When I tried to ask questions to them, they came back with an attitude that was plain unacceptable. Very much felt like how dare I ask questions. When I asked him what that meant for me based on his suggestion, he got upset and seemed to think we got off on the wrong foot, which I didn’t agree with. Not sure why asking how much it would cost to do the job based on my estimates of the size of my house and the type of pest would set him off, but clearly he was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. They might do a good job, and maybe the guy I talked to was having a Monday, but clearly some inter-personal skills are lacking.

Charles is great! He is personable, kind, and of course solved our spider problem!! We had webs and spiders (looked like the movie arachnophobia😳) and he came here once, and haven’t seen a spider on our property since! He also removed a couple wasps nests from around the outside of the house.
