Honest, and on time.

I used this company for my pest control for some time. However the service with Mike has continued to degrade over time resulting in me cancelling. Over that period the cost continued to rise and was supplemented by poor customer service & even worse pest control. For example, on my last bill "eves clear of cobwebs" in Mike's hand writing...upon inspection cobwebs in every corner of the house. How about just going through the motions to invoice your client? For the second summer in a row I am having to do multiple treatments on my own to control ants. The only time Mike has been responsive is post cancellation, he's called looking to get the bait boxes...when I called back nothing but attitude...as noted by another reviewer. If you looking for pest control look somewhere else Mike's will be just going through the motions collecting your money. Nothing worse than giving your hard earned money to someone for subpar pest prevention only to receive the bonus 'service' of poor customer service with a splash of rude attitude.

Ken and Mike have been great to deal with and very accommodating. They come quarterly, and when we do see a bug, we're always shocked; it's that rare. Throughout the year we typically never see a bug in the house. For the Nevada desert, that's amazing. When they find ant mounds in the yard, they address them every time. They only do the outside, and what they use hasn't harmed our dogs in any way, and the results are pretty amazing. I highly recommend them.
