Wow Tom did an excellent job very knowledgeable and a great price on a head spiders in the basement and he took care of all that so thank you very much like to do business with the local people

On January 5, 2026 I discovered I had small little critters in my house.. iI googled pest control companies in Great Falls, Montana, and a Pro Pest Control was the first company that popped up. I spoke with Tom to see if I could make an appointment for the following week to come out and access the situation. He was very concerned about my situation and wanted to come out that same day to take a look at things. Tom arrived about 15 minutes later after the phone call and immediately took action. I can’t tell you how relieved I was to have somebody come and take care of this situation and assure me that everything was going to be OK. Tom and I have a plan of action for this summer not only with the little critters but with other aspects of bug control and other things. I truly appreciate everything. Tom has done this far and look forward to the projects we have discussed. **update** January 30,2026 Tom and his crew came out and power washed my house, cleaned my gutters and my drain spouts… Also installed some spikes so I would no longer have pigeons nesting on my house…. Let me tell you my house looks amazing on the outside. I can’t wait for spring when he comes and washes the windows. Pro Pest came out to address a mouse problem at a family cabin. Showed up on time, very professional. Solved what had been a decades old (80 plus years) infestation problem. Can't recommend them enough.

Tom was Responsive to my phone message, calling back the same day. He came to the appointment on time. Provided service and included many "extras" at no additional charge. Tom at Pro Pest Control is absolutely amazing. Not only did he solve my problem, but he took the time to explain what attracts the stink bugs and the best times of year to treat so its the most effective. If you are having any pest issues I cannot recommend Tom enough, he is quick to respond and so kind!
