You should not advertise that you help take care of a mice problem when all that was done was tell me how to fix the problem and not actually do anything except put sticky traps out which i could have done myself for less than what I was charged. There was no plugging up the holes under the sinks. Not looking around the outside of the house for any possible entry points. Wast of money.

I paid nearly $400 to Orkin to take care of the mice issue at my house in Butte. After 2 services over 2.5 months, we still had mice. I called Best Pest Control and after 1 service, the mice are gone. Orkin missed simple entry points for the mice so they continued to come in our house. The second time they came, they didn't even do anything! I asked for a refund and nobody will get back to me about that. Complete waste of money.

Very disappointed with the most recent service I received. Due to unforseen circumstances, they had to push back my service date, they then gave me what I had assumed to be an accurate service date so I adjusted my schedule accordingly, but then I received notice they were gonna show up a sooner (only had a days notice) but I couldn't miss them so I made it work; then the day they were supposed to come in got a message saying they were on they're way, but got a following message saying that had to reschedule due to unforseen circumstances. So I was really confused when someone actually showed up. Sadly, the guy who showed up was not aware of the services I normally receive so he was not prepared to provide all of the services. Overall I was very unhappy with the experience.

Terrible Service. Always Scheduled service on days we weren’t home even though we told them several times when we were available and they confirmed our appointment then we would get a text saying they would be at our house on a day we were unavailable. Then they never showed up on time or be a no show. They could never keep their technicians and we were constantly getting different technicians each time. My service with them lasted a few years and we were very patient, but we lost our patience and just canceled further service today. They also raised the price from $55 to $65 a month with no warning!

2 service calls sprayed for yellow jackets. They are still active and numerous. Scott was supposed to return mon. 8/21 or Tues. 8/22 no show, no phone calls!!! I want my money back !! Help! No response from you. Last spray day September 3. All to no avail ! Yellow jackets huge problem still! Seriously, I want a refund!!!

I scheduled a service with Orkin and even received a confirmation email. This service required me to remove everything from my kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and then thoroughly clean the spaces before they came. The appt day came and nobody arrived. I called Orkin only to find out that my appt had been moved to the following week. I got no phone call, text, or email regarding this change. It had taken me days to go through all of my cabinets, and I had to take a day off of work, and the Orkin agent had little to no sympathy. They didn’t offer me a refund of any sort and were reluctant to even call the technician to see if he could fit me in somehow. While Orkin may be able to rid your house of bugs, I strongly recommend going with a different company who actually cares about their customers and values communication.

Orkin in the valier area. knocks and leaves hasn’t check any inside traps, Iam constantly finding spiders, and other bugs. Has full permission and signed documentation to come in when Iam not home yet refuses to do it. Iam about to cancel my orkin if this kind of poor quality service continues.

They were contracted by previous home owner as part of closing deal to get rid of the harvester ants and any other pest . It was a one year service. The guy would come on once a month and then every other month but he mine as well had not come at all. All he would do is walk around for 5 minutes tops look around and saw it looks good and leave. Every single time we would point out to him either ants or spiders in the house and he would give a reason why he couldn’t use anything to keep them away. He acted like the products he was using was his own personal supply. I found a mouse hole in my closet wall and all he did was caulk the hole. If he did do anything it was a 5 minute conversation basically begging him to do anything. It finally got to the point that we were so sick of seeing ants in our front yard area by our front door we took poison ourselves and took care of the problem. A huge waste of money.
