I cannot say enough great things about the experience we had today! We just signed up for mosquito treatment, and within no time, John and Jason were out here taking care of everything—and they were absolutely amazing. Not only were they incredibly professional, but they were also kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. You can tell they truly care about their work and the families they’re serving. It’s not often you come across people who take that kind of pride in what they do. We’re especially excited because they also introduced us to their termite protection plan, which we’ll be reviewing together as a family and most likely moving forward with soon. After today’s experience, it’s an easy decision. If you’re on the fence—don’t be. This team goes above and beyond, and John and Jason made the entire experience seamless and honestly enjoyable. We just had the termite system installed and our first spray. 🤞🏻 Our salesperson Bob and technician (I wish I remembered his name to give him credit) were both phenomenal. I work from home, so I was fairly busy when they both visited. They were both quick and thorough in their explanations, mindful of my work and home, and ensured my pets were safe during the process. I look forward to seeing the results over the next year. When the poor guy cleaned out the cobwebs it looked like the spider web cotton candy from shrek. 😱😭 Needless to say we needed the help!

Swapped pest services due to decline quality of previous provider. The attention to detail and professionalism is far superior with BugPro, it is what was lacking in previous service. The technician (Raymond) ensured that he explained everything he was doing so I understood the services provided. He was very professional and customer oriented. Highly recommend. Additionally, the cost was lower than my previous provider. Two thumbs up. Update 9 months of service and the quality and customer service has not changed. Zero bugs in the house even toward the end of the quarterly treatment. Can’t say enough good things about our technician Raymond. Thank you sir!

We have used Bug Pro since 2018. The quarterly services provide us with bug and rodent free property. The technician is always thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Recurring appointments are set up easily and accordingly to our available. Thank you for ensuring we receive the most excellent service. Also, Carston provided our service today and did a great job! Office scheduling is awful. They will schedule less than a month apart ( even 14 days and less) and then attempt to bill.
