I placed my order October 4th and paid in full for a trap, but cannot get ahold of anyone to save my life. I’ve been calling the last few days. It rings for a while, then a full voicemail answers. I’ve emailed, used the live chat feature, and basically exhausted every last resource. Company has my money and has not communicated at all yet. Even have read receipts on their live chat feature, and still no word back even though my messages are being viewed. Delivered October 29th

These things work very well. Simple, yet genius idea. I’ve used them for a few years. I have 3 of the scented traps. I’ve trapped over 50 armadillos in that time. I live on a farm in central Florida, so they are everywhere. With these traps, I’ve kept the colonies off my property. Don’t cheap out. Buy the scented traps, then follow the instructions. Keep them out of the sun and pouring rain. The scent is key to drawing them in. I followed an armadillo one night and saw it in action. After tracking their movements for a couple nights, I put them out at sunset. I get out at sunrise and always have success. I take them out to a national forest and release them while it’s still cool in the morning, then store the traps in my barn. It takes effort, but if you use them properly, they work very well. I’ve already trapped several this spring, which is breeding season. They’re out looking for places to burrow and reproduce. You have to be diligent and you’ll get results. Also make sure to keep the tracks clean. No water, I just scrape out the dirt and crud from the door track with a screwdriver. Keep the nasty smelling dillo dirt in the trap.

One of my doors warped after a month and I've tried to contact them 4 times without a response. I'm well within the 1 year warranty. Can not recommend.

The Armadillo trap was very impressive: very well-made! However, I still haven’t caught an armadillo. Something was setting it off in the early morning, but not catching what triggered it. I’m not giving up yet!!! It’s very Strong and sturdy. I do wish I’d gotten the pre-scented trap, and would definitely recommend that trap by the same company. I’ll update when I catch the tough fellow!!

Have one of their armadillo traps and it works well. Ordered another one online using my credit card, and got an order confirmation from PayPal, whom I despise. My credit card info should have never been given to PayPal. Sent an email cancelling my order, but have never received a reply. He shipped it anyway, which I will refuse delivery. Contested the charges on my credit card and got a response from Paypal saying they couldn't do anything about it. Example of why I hate Paypal.

Josh is amazing and he is patient in answering any questions about the trap!! The armadillo scented trap works. It is worth every penny. I highly recommend it.
