I have used A1 Termite for 20 years. Not just for my personal house. I am a local Realtor and A1 has found infestation that other companies missed on various home sales. I always recommend this company to others. Plus he is the most competitive price wise.

They moved everything from My back yard, and left the place a complete disaster! Didn’t clean up any of their mess, and completely trashed my back yard. Left my porch chairs just kinda thrown over to the side. They had no decency to put things back where they were. So I give zero stars. Horrible.

I called to get an estimate for treatment for my home which they inspected ( and stated I was termite free) prior to closing. I was told that after spending over $1100 for the intial treatment I would be covered for yearly treatments (as long as I paid and didn't do anything to void the treatment) and that I was covered for termite treatments if I got termites but not for any repairs even if after paying for them to treat the house so I don't get them. So bottom line they do not guarantee their treatments. So why go with company ?? Waste of time and money .

Completely rude on the phone. Lied and said they had no record of my house being treated even though I have the paperwork proving they did. They want you to pay them to treat your house but if you get termites you're stuck paying for them to be handled. No insurance whatsoever on their work. Classless and ignorant.
