I hate to leave a negative review for anyone, however I do feel it’s warranted in this case. First let me say these two guys are SUPER nice and well meaning...I used this company for years with no problems. However in the last year I had a terrible time getting my technician to show up to spray outside. I had asked him to come weekly due to the mosquitos problem we had and I have small children who like to play outside often. All I asked is that he come any time during the week that worked for h

We have used Action Pest Control for years. We appreciate that they are locally & family-owned, and they try to send the same person each visit. It also speaks highly of them as an employer, because great employees don't stay with bad jobs long term. Our technician Trevor remembers us, does a great job, answers any questions, and goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy and safe. Cannot recommend them enough!!

At the time of writing this, the company has a 4.9 star review average and I see why! Michael Tucker, a termite tech (not sure the actual position name) for this company, is incredibly well informed and was extremely helpful in helping make a decision on what I needed to do for termite treatment on my new home. Glad to be a customer of theirs and would recommend them to anyone, termites or pests alike.
