Great service from Lawn and Pest Tech Ivan friendly and very efficient.

Had army worms for second time. Texted technician on Sunday afternoon and he came Monday afternoon to spray.

They did a great job with my yard and were very responsive and easy to work with.

Have used 2 other lawn care companies. They are the best to say what they do,and do what say!

This team is always prompt to reply and a pleasure to work with for my lawn care.

I don't feel like my lawn got the treatment it was suppose to have gotten. I watched the technician and I don't think I got the weed control treatment like I should have.

Both times yall have come to “Repair” something for me, your tech tried to up sell . The last time it was a gas valve that was covered under warranty, but yall wanted $1,200 for labor. It was less than an hour to repair.. robbery!!!! Way too much. Got another repair guy to fix it for &300… include part. Y’all suck!!!!

We have been charged for services we never received. Was charged twice for one month and have not been refunded YET.

I previously cancelled my services with Lawn & Pest Solutions January 2024. They forced their services on me through December 2024. As of December 15, I provided another request for cancellation. I received multiple text, and multiple phone calls from Lawn & Pest Solutions which at this point is harassment, demanding to know why I am cancelling. The ownership, the technicians, their customer service representatives do not understand the words cancellation and are now seeking payment for services they supposedly rendered in January 2025, along with additional charges of administration fees. I thought this was America and we have the right to pick and choose who we do business with. I will not pay for any services rendered after December 15, 2024. Beware of the 5-star ratings. Your response to my post is unacceptable. Your attempt to clear Lawn & Pest Solutions does not work for me, perhaps it may work for readers of reviews, I hope not. Cancellation date was 12/15/2024. All invoices are paid up to the date of the notice of cancellation, therefore any charges after the date of cancellation are suspect and tittering criminal. Recent invoice received has administrative charges and a service that was allegedly done in January 2025.

Not good the past two times they have come to my house they did not spray my yard they sprayed my neighbors yard and charged me both times I have video footage from my ring camera my address is clearly marked on my mailbox, on the curb, and also on my house this is completely unacceptable and there is no excuse for this kind of service!!!!!!!

We have been using Lawn and Pest Solutions for about 15 years. Although they were a little higher we chose to use them because we knew the owners and they did a good job. We began with just weed control and fertilizer treatment but later added home pest services and termite treatment and inspections. However we are going to look for a new service because of a problem encountered recently. We discovered we had army worm infestation and called lawn and pest since they are our regular lawn service. They came and sprayed and we thought took care of the worms. We were charged $180 for the treatment which we thought seems high but we paid it. This was on 7/26/2020 and here on 8/20/2020 we found worms again. We called and were informed the we would have to pay another $180 for another treatment even after being long term customers. This is ridiculous. They are willing to lose a $1600 a year contract over $180. I guess it will be their loss.
