Do not like their policy on the termite renewals. You state you want people to call for appointments but technicians just show up. Not a good way to conduct business

Almost got ran off the road by one of your drivers swerving into my lane without a blinker. Then almost ran off the road himself with an open bottle in hand. Elder gentleman that sped off before I got his plate. Maybe start adding breathalyzers to the vehicles though?

I am speaking for the services that where performed at my home. Had issues where the outside rarely got sprayed or treated. In march there pumps where still "winterized" the outside temp at the time was well over freezing and had been for weeks. Said they would have to come back later... that was my the last straw. It was always something. They never wanted to stretch that hose out...

They came to my house and sprayed. My daughter called me an said, "Dad, there is a strange man on the cameras snooping around the house". I stopped what I was doing an went home immediately with gun in hand. When I arrived there was the bug man leaving. I stopped him in the middle of the road and questioned him...WRONG HOUSE. I don't have a contract with them. I hope you guys get it together at north mississippi pest control. All homeowners aren't as forgiving.

Prices to high .

2 years of service with this company they will not return calls they say will return. Price match a competitor for an inspection haha they are to “good” for that. Just lost my business for the inspection and annual service. Word of mouth goes along way and I will inform current neighbors and new neighbors when we move who NOT to use.

We have a new home, call them out to spray for ants, not sure if they where sparring water but more ants started to come in. I call them out a second time only to keep seeing the same thing. My husband went out to buy form spray from Home Depo and they are now gone. I called in to speak to someone they told me no one was in the office, she would have them to give me a call back. Never received a call. Please don’t waste your time nor money with them. Total rip-off

Messed up my appointment time. They didn't even know I had an appointment scheduled until way past the time.
