I had a great experience with Steve, our exterminator. He previously came out to treat a gnat issue, and thanks to him, the gnats are completely gone. Recently, I called him back for a mice problem under my mobile home, and once again, he did a fantastic job. Steve is professional, reliable, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Just spoke to this company in an effort to schedule a termite inspection to facilitate VA mortgage refinance requirements. They told me that I had to have a service contract in place with them and I had to allow them to install traps around the perimeter of my home (at an initial cost of $699 not including the inspection cost $240) prior to them “completing the inspection and letting me have the report!” Sounds a little backwards to me. I’d think the inspection would come first, then a recommend
