Had a wasp nest above our front door. Called Safe Pest yesterday evening and they assured me they would send someone out first thing today. Sure enough, I get home from work and the nest is gone! Very happy with their service. Polite, professional and reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend!

Marcus and his team have helped us with everything from brown recluse spiders to raccoons in the attic, and they've always taken care of the problem quickly and professionally. Excellent services with very fair & reasonable prices. The kind of people that you aren't afraid to allow in your home even if you are a single woman. Professional too! If you experience any issues in between services visits just give them a call and they will be out at no additional costs.

We used them 3 years ago to treat a roach infestation and were blown away at how great of a job they did. I mean, not a roach to be found. Fast forward to January and February of 2026, we called them out again because they did such a great job last time, and we paid for 3 treatments ($175) expecting the same fantastic results and didn't get them. Not even close. After 3 treatments we were still infested. There was no difference. I called the owner who was very nice and he was at my home within the hour. Treated the house and said "I'll have them gone by the end of February." I believed he would because of the fantastic job they did before. They came out one more time and that was it. Unfortunately we're still infested just $175 lighter. Idk if they changed their formulation or what but the second time around was truly disappointing. Now we're on the hunt for another company to come out.

Ive used this company for years and have referred to others.Ive ways had positive experience snd they are very friendly and cost effective.I never have a long wait.The owner or assistant usually contact me and provide services within a few days.They always do a follow up and I never have to go through different channels to contact anyone.When I call someone answers or my text are answered quickly. This is an exceptional company and Ive had multiple pest problems from roaches ,spiders,fleas,roof rats they treat indoors and outdoors.Ive never encountered any problems.Awesome company,timely and thorough work ,and Cost effective plus friendliness.

Here’s my terrible experience; Called Safe Pest Solutions on Dec 13 2024 about noises in my attic during the day and all night. They sent a tech out the next day, a Saturday, who said it was probably squirrels climbing in through the gutter downspouts. He didn’t see any holes. He offered no solutions to prevent intrusion. He said he would set a trap and put caps on the downspouts on Monday. In the meantime, the owner is suppose to send an invoice with the cost. The owner never asked for my email address and I didn’t get an estimate until the next day when I asked for it. It was a screenshot in a text msg by the tech, not the owner. A full week goes by, no caps and no trap. The animal is still in my attic. On Dec 23 at 2p, the tech calls asking if I was home so they could come by and set the trap plus put on gutter caps. I wasn’t. The next day, the tech comes, sets the trap and installs the caps, stating they should be trapped in a few days. I walked around the house a few days later and all the caps had fallen off the gutters. Turns out they weren’t gutter end caps, they’re actually leaf blockers that are inserted into the top of the gutter where the downspout connects. I asked for the trap to be checked on Jan 2 and relayed the information about the “end cap” to the tech. No response. Checked the trap myself on Jan 4th, the bait (peanuts) was gone but nothing else was in there. I called the 888 number back and left a message on that following Monday - complaining. The next day the TECH called back not the owners. He said he would come the following day but he didn’t make it, due to an injury. No follow up from the owner. As of today, a full month later, I have yet to hear anything from the owner, I still have noises (basically something destroying my attic) 24/7 and I’m out $175 plus $70 for gutter caps I found at Home Depot. I’m not sure what I did to deserve this treatment versus all the other customers in these reviews. Safe Pest took my money and didn’t do anything they said they would do. Now they’ve went ghost. Thinking about filing a complaint with the BBB because I feel like I got scammed.

Had my first service from Marcus and Safe Pest Solutions today. Excellent service and a great person to get an education from on what to know and what to be aware of when it comes to pests. You can tell he really knows pest control. Very professional and far superior to our previous provider. He also took the time to answer questions and was very polite. If you're looking for someone to do pest control at your house and property in Desoto county Mississippi, then Safe Pest Solutions is the choice I would recommend. He said they also service Arkansas, and Tennessee.

This is the best pest control company! Marcus made a stressful situation so much better through quick responses, through explanations, and friendly service. He came back consistently until the problem was solved and was always happy to answer our questions.

Marcus, is hands down the best. I've been using him since I purchased my house in early January 2020 we had a bad spider problem. Now we have no spiders what so ever. Have fleas because of a stray cat? Marcus is there. Anytime I have a question as to what a insect is or if it's harmful I can easily communicate with Marcus and get a fast response. I can't recommend him enough. He's way better than anyone in the Mid-South.
