The absolute worst communion skills & customer service I’ve ever received. Called to schedule a termite inspection. Was told it was a free inspection & they would be out in 5 days. 5 days later they said the tech called out sick & I needed to call to reschedule. Called and was transferred to 9 different people over a 2 hour period to end up talking to the branch manager who informed me that the inspection would be over $500. The lack of professionalism this company has is beyond me. Glad I didn’

Terminix I am extremely disappointed in you. I recommended you to so so many people and now I may have to cancel you. How could you? First, you make not 1, not 2, but 3 appointments with my grandmother when she first started with you and kept NONE of them. No one ever showed up and then when we call, it's "there are notes here but you weren't put on the schedule". I have had terminix for about a year now and have not seen a difference. One year ago this month we switched to terminix expecting to get rid of our bug problem paying over 120 dollars a month for nothing. The bugs never stopped. So now I canceled my subscription before time and they told me they was going to come out even though I canceled my service because I was already due a spray anyway. Well now someone tells me no they’re not coming out. That’s now right. I even gotten a text message sayi
