Pest Marshals were extremely punctual, arriving right on time. Their professionalism and clear communication made the whole process easy. They were thorough and the treatment was effective – we haven’t seen any pests since. Great value for the price, would definitely use them again for residential pest control.

I used them and unfortunately my experience was just okay. Scheduling was fairly easy, but communication could have been better. I had to follow up more than once to get updates. The technician was polite, but the issue wasn’t fully resolved after the first visit, and I expected more thorough results. While the service wasn’t terrible, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. I hope they improve their follow-through and overall consistency in the future.
