I cannot and will not do business with a company that will not stand behind their service. I have very few bugs. So they should have been able to treat my house in a couple of treatments and be done with Em. I have never had bugs in my house and I'm 68 years old. They came to my house 4 times Charging me every time and the last time he came. I called him in 2 weeks and said, Hey, you know something's not working? We got to do something else and he said. Well, it's almost time for your monthly service. I'm not going to pay someone $50 a month every month. To come spray, my house. If they're in the pest control business, they should be able to spray it a couple of times and get rid of the bugs i live by myself. I keep my house clean. I do not leave food out. So they should have been able to get rid of them. They do not stand behind their work period

Will does a great job. Friendly and efficient. A different man who showed up for the termite stuff sang as he worked and quite well too. It's not cheap to get pest folks in, but it's cheaper than letting bugs live rent free in my house!

I called in the morning about a wasp problem and he was here just after lunch. It's been a few days now and I haven't seen any. We'll be using Gold Bond again.

Been dealing with an annoying roach problem and my apartment complex manager sent these guys out to spray and set out bait for me. The young gentleman was extremely,kind, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions with care and great knowledge. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Called at 1230 for service. 3 hours later, no call from technical like I was told to expect. Called and was told my request was sent to a sister office and I needed to call and follow up with them. Ummm. No. That's not my job to do YOUR job. You could have just had me call them in the first place and not wait 3 hours. Lady was extremely rude when I said I would just call another place as I didn't want to go thru all that. If you don't want my business, just say so!

My technician is great, never any issues (or pests). 100% recommend doing business with Gold Bond.

If you have problems, these guys are the ONLY people you need! The owner does not stay in the office all day. He's out there with his staff. Great work ethic from the staff too. I was impressed. And it takes a lot to impress me.

I personally haven’t used them but I know people who have and they are great I been to there houses before they done it was infested and after they are done nothing great service I would used them if I need anything done

This is a great local Pest Control service that does a wonderful job and is very reasonable. When it comes to Termite Control, they're usually more than $1,000 cheaper than other companies like Terminix! Very reasonable! Johnnie Coombs it's such a good guy, and so pleasant to work with. If you're looking for a local company that takes care of people and cares about their neighbors, look no further!
