DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Worst experience I've ever had with a pest control business. This company did a termite inspection prior to us buying a house. They reported that there was no active infestation and no signs of previous damage. We ended up finding extensive damage in three different rooms, a large portion of our 1200 sqft home. When we contacted this company about their negligence they were very unhelpful and lied to us about the legality of our contract and what they wer

I see the review below and must say I’ve been a customer with this group of people since before James Pest Management bought them and they have been exceptional in all aspects of the business. Brandy and Dawson are without question top notch people that I know go out of their way to do a great job. I have enough faith in them I gave Dawson a key to my house in case I was not home when he was scheduled. I’ve never had a billing problem so I would recommend them 100%.
