I just wanted to say how much I appreciated Garrett, the initial technician who came to survey and speak. He was thorough, which was needed for me to understand why some things had gotten so out of hand, and helped me understand the property better. He was patient and I felt reassured when he answered questions tentatively about other worrisome issues. A great listener, made it comprehensive to understand, and went out of his way. Thank you.
