We’ve been with Chemical Control for several years. Steve Lobb was the technician that was just at our residence to do some necessary work. He was very knowledgeable and efficient doing his work. He’s friendly and typical of the employees at Chemical Control. We were very pleased with his professionalism and the job Chemical Control does for us.

Help manage condominium, promised they would spray and sweep the common areas, along with individual balconies. What a joke! Could Barely noticed any improvement in cleanliness. And then when questioned, told ‘not a cleaning company’, even though promised and included in cost. Would never use them again or recommend.

Always do a great job getting rid of unwanted pest! Reasonable priced, knowledgeable staff and dependable.

We purchased a condominium on Old Mission Peninsula and in the spring we had an ant problem. We called a couple different exterminators for consultation. Our neighbor suggested chemical control and they were the first ones able to come to help us. They were professional, prompt, fair in their billing and highly effective. Highly recommended.

Quick to come with quality work. I haven't seen any sign of a wasp building a nest on my home after the exterminator sprayed the house.

They fill our bait boxes twice a year and it really works to control our mice
