Green Horizon Lawn Spray Co

They used to answer their phone and be timely. Last year I gave them another try and owner came out to spray nitrogen which made a difference. This year, again nobody answers phone or calls back. I just want to know when they’ll be here. Last few years I’ve had to call to get anyone to show. It’s a shame, really. Maybe they’ve grown too big, but I pay for a service. Hoping it improves as I prefer to deal with family owned operations rather than large companies. If it does improve l wait this and change rating.

They have taken care of our lawn needs for many years. If I. Have any problems , they are quick to take care of them.

I used them in the past then stopped and started using them a few years ago never had a problem until now I can’t get someone out here to look at my lawn because it’s dying it looks horrible. This started when they did the last application it’s nothing but dirt in a lot of areas. After reading some of the reviews I guess I’m not the only one pissed off.

I shouldn’t even give them a 1. Worst fertilizer company ever, our grass has never looked so bad . My fiancé and i have called numerous times and have complained about the grass. They keep giving us excuse after excuse , telling us they will be coming out . They never show up ! Then they tell me their truck has broke down and they can’t tell me when they will come out ! I will not be using them again and will post this where ever i can to alert people. Such a waste of money 🤬

Never Showed up Edit: the day after I left my review, they showed up and gave my lawn the works. They also left a handwritten note apologizing. I appreciate this and the quick response to make things right. I will give these guys another try. Thank you, Mike, for this!

These guys are great. They came out to do my pre-emergent this spring and noticed a lot of weeds so they came back a few weeks later and sprayed and didn't charge me anything for it. How awesome is that!?
