Nice but seen better places

Truly the best money we have ever spent. We are surrounded by 2 swamps and have not been able to enjoy our yard since we purchased our home 4 years ago. I've tried many yard products that just couldn't handle what we had going on. Thanks to you NOT ONE mosquito, not one! Your technician is amazing, we love him and your company!! Thank you for helping us enjoy the yard we fell in love with but haven't been able to enjoy until now.

Look, if you have pets who go outside, do them and yourself a favor. Sign up for FIVE applications. Kills ticks, fleas, biting insects and gets rid of mosquitoes. We've removed three ticks from our cats in the last few weeks.

Great company stuff really works staff is so helpful and nice try and accomadate u and ur schedule will even come back if u feel the spray didnt work the first time...jst a great overall company

We always recieve good service with politeness, rather it's through a phone call or a home visit. And biggest thing is, we are able to be in the yard during the summer and enjoy ourselves without getting eaten by mosquitoes.

Works incredibly well for a reasonable price. Back yard was unusable and now we haven't had a single bite in months.

Very affordable. I have them spray 2 acres. They come out every 21 days like clockwork. They inform me 24 hours previously and give me a small time window so I can make sure pets are inside. Communication is excellent. Cuts down on mosquitos, ticks, fleas, ants and spiders. We still have bees that visit and pollinate. Very pleased with their service.

I am writing on behalf of my mother. My mother has been using Mosquito One for 7 years now. They have always been responsive and very nice to work with. Eric and Sandy are the best! She wanted to write this to let everyone know how good of a company they are.

My experience with this company and their customer service has been very frustrating. I Called this company last year. Made an appointment for 5 sprays. Gave them my credit card info. They never showed. When I contacted them to follow up they did not have my info on file. She didn’t know what happened. This year I try again. They say they will call back with a quote....after one week and an additional follow up call from me. I give them my address info for the third time and get an immediate call back with my quote. I’m ready to book. They will spray around my pool, around my children’s playscape, etc. i tell them I have chickens but they are in an area I do not want sprayed. “I’m sorry. We don’t do family farms...we don’t want to take that risk.” Ok you have no problem Spraying near a children’s playscape but since we have chickens and I do not want you to spray near them you can’t spray our yard? Doesn’t make sense. If you are going to deal with this company I suggest you have a very long fuse.

A great company to use for mosquito control

When they came out we feel they sprayed too close to our flowers and plants and burn them the leaves started to change colors and some died the spray worked for mosquitoes but poor quality I called them they refuse to come out and look at our plants they sent me a refund didn’t want anything to do with me 🙁

Extremely disappointing customer service! Mosquito One Ypsilanti no showed after waiting a week for my scheduled appointment. On the day of my appointment I had to call 3 times and got a call center in Rochester hills each time. They said they would relay a message to the owner and I never even got a call back! Seems to me they are too busy and could not care at all about customer relations. Next day I called their competitor and got next day service with 1/2 the price for the exact job

We signed up for a full year of service during a Home and Garden show under the promise of a "100 % guarantee." We repeatedly had mosquitoes at dusk, for months. We contacted the company multiple times and had multiple re-spray attempts. We were not satisfied with the guarantee however Eric, the Director of Operations reached out and offered to rectify the situation with us this year. We are looking forward to positive results this season!
