Appointment process was easy and they were able to come out quickly. Person I talked to on the phone as well as who came to my home were friendly, courteous and professional. Will definitely be utilizing their service in the future and would highly recommend.

The person who comes out and does the removal is knowledgeable, reliable, kind, thorough, and goes above and beyond. Their service is affordable and they make sure the problem is solved. Hopefully we will never leave them again but if we do we will use them for sure.

I switched to Solveary for almost a year now. I can’t believe the difference since they started servicing my home. You can’t go wrong switching to them.

Frustrated Customer! Two years ago I worked with the previous owner Robert regarding ground hogs & he was excellent making regular visits with good communication. Thus, when I discovered that skunks & raccoons had invaded my brick porch on the right side I called them back June 21, 2025. It took them a while to catch or remove all of the animals ( about 6 ) prior to finally sealing up the right side of my porch about 6 weeks later. However, this process could have gone faster as they initially promised my a camera to monitor animals going in/out of the porch, as well as adding a one way door allowing animals only to exit the porch, not enter it. I had to continually text or leave VM messages for the new owner which he’s very slow to respond, begging to have these tools installed as well as data shared with me. Additionally, they’d leave animals once trapped in my yard sometimes for days ( which I was told by neighbors is not legal and bothered them as they tried enjoying their outdoor spaces too). I was told that they didn’t work over the 4th of July , weekends etc. unlike Robert who came anytime and regularly or almost daily when catching critters. Most of all, I couldn’t have my porch repaired until they caught all of the pest to get out of the way of my porch contractors! And after they assumed all animals were removed from the right side I kept reporting that I heard noises on the left side of the porch! I had to beg them to move the camera to the left side, which they did weeks later but not at ground level but high on my fence. I told them that I heard something under the porch on the left side and still do as of this post! The porch contractors did not fully seal up a suspected space as they didn’t want to leave dead animals in there. And who knows what’s keeping me up all night and sometimes into the day?? Rats, mice, squirrels, chipmunks etc.! I yet again called the owner last Wednesday, he calls back Thursday with his usual “ oh I’ll get someone out there”. Niobe here yet, it’s Sunday and guess they don’t work weekends so who knows when they’ll visit or even give me done plan or suggestions to get rid of these animals on the left side of my porch and finally let my porch contractor complete his job to sell the porch. I’m beyond frustrated! Lastly, the first technician just left rat boxes at my home without me asking fur thus as I paid them to remove the critters underneath the pitch which they know were skunks as they’d or the first guy had already caught 2. Then the next tech cones back with the rat boxes, I was a bit puzzled. I discussed with the owner that we needed to complete the first job I’d paid for before signing up for mice/rat box monitoring. And I just discovered a $99 bill fur thus when I directly refused this service with him personally and another confused technician’s attempting to drop off 2 more rat boxes which I refused. He did nit know that another technician arbitrarily left 2 a month earlier not per my request! In good faith I couldn’t recommend this company which has caused my family and I MUCH unnecessary stress this summer. Totally ruined our summer and will likely have to take further actions in addition to yet spending more $ with another company. Just unbelievable business practices, ignored & total lack of communication! Beware

Best pest control company around. They use quality pest control products. No other company compares to their services. Highly recommend

A year ago, this company put what I thought were mice bait containers outside my home. Turns out they were rat/chipmunk bait containers. I used a different pest control company and they told me about this. They said this goes against industry standards not to mention they killed animals that weren’t a problem inside my house. The containers were black and about the size of a loaf of bread. The most recent pest control company put much smaller black bait containers that are meant for mice, not rats/chipmunks. The containers should be 2x size of a matchbox. I told my neighbor about this today and she informed me that she has found dead chipmunks in her yard in the past year.

I would highly recommend this company very reliable and no more bees!

Gabriel came to our house to spray and did a phenomenal job. Couldn't have asked for better service. He was very thorough and got every nook and crany. He also sprayed our whole entire yard. We will definitely use them/him again and recommend him to anyone who needs pest control .

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Solveary. Pricing and negotiation were handled seamlessly with the company before Bob was assigned to the task. Bob's communication, scheduling, and professionalism were exceptional. He diligently worked to remove squirrels from my attic, demonstrating remarkable attention to detail and hard work. I wholeheartedly recommend Solveary and Bob for any pest control needs.

Andrew came out the very next day after I called and did the job very thoroughly and quickly. He quoted me a much better price than others in the area and didn’t try to sell me on a contract or anything I wasn’t interested in. Super honest and great guy. Will continue using him in the future.

I’ve had my house sprayed in the past from other companies and Solvery is by FAR the best. They came on time and were very Knowledgeable. They even called me a few weeks later to check in. I highly recommend them.

I was so very impressed with your prompt action and coming to my home to illuminate an issue I was having with wasps. I was contacted same day and was able to have someone come out with in the afternoon of me calling. Robert made sure my pets and I were safe and instructed me what to do for the next couple of days. Full disclosure, I didn't end up purchasing their service, but because they were very open and transparent with what they could offer. They took the time to come out to my property, examine the situation, and explain all solutions to me to make sure I wasn't wasting my money. They are extremely professional and friendly, and I'd recommend them for any of your pest needs!
