Yes I requested an estimate for fertilization on for properties they got back with me and told me that one property didn't match up so I resent it to him again and asked for a price they never got back with me so I guess they weren't interested so I went to big lakes and they gave me a good price on all four properties with paying up front so they didn't want my business that's why I went with a different company PS I text him two to three times I believe never got back with me don't waste your time with them

I'll be contracting with Dynamic again this year for mulch and clean up. They have also planted many shrubs, trees etc. over the years. This year will be 20 years that I have I've used their services. Great company to work with, they stand behind their work.

I’ve been using Dynamic Lawn and Landscape for many years. They have cut and fertilized my grass, and do the fall cleanup. I even had them install my paver patio. They have always provided excellent service and friendly, helpful office staff. I would recommend this company for landscaping needs.

We used Dynamic for our lawn care last year. Our lawn looked better than it had in a long time and had almost no weeds. After each application they gave us a summary of what they did and tips for how we can improve our lawn between applications like when we needed to apply more water. Overall we had a great experience working with Tim and the team at Dynamic Lawn.

Dynamic Lawn provides exceptional service! We have been using them for fertilizer applications, and they have been doing a wonderful job. We always appreciate their prior notice calls before they apply the product, and always leave confirmation when the work is complete. Received a call by arborist to discuss pricing for tree spraying service for needlecast in the spring. Quoted me a different price on the phone than the bill I received. Do not work with this company. There are plenty of other honest and accountable companies out there

I requested a quote for snow removal and lawn care for a 84 year old. I get an email stating no availability. So if there is no availability, why is your website this up advertising your services. five minutes later I received a message from their office. It stating they do NOT do residential snow at all. Nor do they do residential lawn services in Sterling Heights. It is a shame that your business is located in Sterling Heights , but you don't service the city's customers.

In our first email, we explained our service focus and shared that we understand the challenges of caring for elderly loved ones, as some of us are in similar situations ourselves. In our second email, we sent contact information for several local providers who may be able to meet your needs.<br><br>While we did not receive a response, we are always available to discuss any questions or concerns directly. Be very careful hiring this company. I review many companies and rarely provide a 1 star review. Dynamic has many issues from the owner Jeff to Frank one of his Foreman. It is alarming to discover that many of his crew have absolutely zero experience and are leads and foreman. Discovered this when a 18 year old Jacob who admitted had zero experience or training was a "foreman" and broke a fence by accident and lack of experience. It is clear after carefully reviewing the business that most of the reviews are his friends and family or completely made up. Almost every reviewer only reviewed his business? No definitely not. If you research you will find most are fake. The company went from a 4 to a 4.8 in less than a month. That's never happen in the history of Google reviews. Any reviewer that has only posted 1 review is typically associated or fake. Dynamic has to do damage control due to Frank and Jeff hiring guys with absolutely zero experience and then putting them as foreman (yes this happened several times). Probably best to call someone else.

I had an appointment scheduled to get a couple of sprinkler pipes repaired. No one showed up, nor called to tell me they weren't coming. I called, but they had closed for the day. I called the next day and asked why no one showed and was told they don't know why but could reschedule me for next week. Well, they didn't show up again for the second appointment. I even tried calling before they closed, but they had already turned the phones off. I will not waste my time waiting for them for a third time. Horrible customer service.

Despite our efforts to resolve the issue, including attempts to contact you night of incident by brad (the tech) and Jeff (President) morning after incident, we received no response to the voicemails that were left. The voicemail left by brad stated that he wouldn't be out and the office staff would call you back in the morning. We respect your privacy and cannot post screenshots as proof that attempts were made to contact you the night of and morning after. Sometimes, scheduled services may encounter unexpected delays, but we strive to manage these situations with taking care of our customers. We regret that you chose to share you experience on google before giving us the opportunity to rectify the situation directly with you.
All I wanna say before you call dynamic you need to know they never gonna do the backyard thx to my cameras that’s how i find out they never did the backyard and they’ll do 50% of your front yard he was in my house 3 minutes only he spent more time to put the bill on my door that he spent on the yard then when you call and complain you going to talk to Jeff and he will try to offer you some sweet deal that I did not except because he got caught cheating the system and the customer

Hello Mr. Hakim (Harry)! First off, we apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Our technician Eddie contacted you Thursday night to come out and do your service Friday morning. You requested an afternoon service which Eddie gladly provided. The property service was started at 11:45 am and finished by 12:05 pm. You contacted the office later that afternoon stating that your backyard was not serviced and you had video evidence of this. Jeff (Vice-president) took the call and offered you a reapplication of fertilizer and to not charge you for the round 6 application. We requested that you send over the video evidence, just to be sure that the backyard was indeed accidently missed so to avoid double applicating the property and possibly causing damage. At this point, you accused us of being unprofessional and became irate with Jeff over the phone. This was your first application back with Dynamic, but when you were a customer previously with the company in 2021, you had believed that Eddie didn't service the entire property at that time also. Dynamic’s goal is to deliver deep green and weed free lawns, and our technicians treat every lawn as if it is their own. We cannot accomplish this if we were to blatantly skip parts of your property. Eddie is one of the fertilizer managers here with 15 years of experience, and together with Jeff, is responsible for enforcing this goal.
My lawn was over fertilized and burned terribly. I contacted the office and a tech was sent out and confirmed that my lawn was over fertilized and burned. After calling the office and being told that my account would be credited and I’d have nothing to worry about. So fast forward to last week I received a letter from a collection company for the service that ruined my lawn. I’ve gotta say this is a pretty lousy business practice. I definitely will not be doing business with Dynamic Lawn care again. Don’t let them ruin your lawn too.

Typically an issue such as this would have been resolved before you received any form or collections letter. The account would have had a balance from last year (2022), and you as a customer would have received 7 months worth of statements before the collections process begins. Had there been an issue with your lawn being burned, we would have fixed the burned area within the first week. We'd happily look up the account to see if it was an oversight, but we don't have any name to reference for an account in our system, aside from "1 2". Please feel free to contact the office, and we can gladly help you fix this issue.
It didn't seem like they wanted my business... I was told they didnt cut grass in macomb only shelby.... ok well I live 1 block from shelby and Ive seen their trucks on my street cutting multiple lawns (not "other services").... on to the next place I guess

This lawn service was hired by my mother’s condo association because they were inexpensive. BEWARE you get what you pay for. The lawns everywhere have been turned into mud. The complex now has more dirt areas than grass.

Karen,<br>Sounds unfortunate about what happened at your mothers condo complex, however the four condos we do fertilize look 5 star. Dynamic is a full service company that handles other condos lawn maintenance, mulch, shrubs, sprinklers etc. Just because we are in a complex does not mean were are providing fertilizer treatments. These "mud yards" sound like something were known to take on and fix, so pass our number (586)-731-1108 along to the her board.
Scheduled appointment for a lawn restore quote 3 weeks in advance- told me there would be a $1000.00 min because my number is from a 313 area code. Insulting enough I told them no problem book it Dano! They called the Friday before to confirm but tried to return the call to confirm and there is no opportunity on their after hours phone system to leave a message to confirm. Appointment time came and no one showed- they didn't even called to say they we not going to show. After my email letting them know I was at my house waiting and no one showed ....they still have not responded or reached out to apologize or reschedule! I am only 1.3 miles from their office! They may do good work but must be too busy for the $1,000. guy! Must have plenty of business. If that the case then do not pretend to want more customers or be so unprofessional! Karma..Dynamic.

Michael,<br>You called the office requesting and estimate for a lawn restoration, it came across our Vice President desk since he handles most of the Agriculture end. Once you started talking it was evident this was a Landscape Job, so he went into obvious detail about the department and how it runs. That we are 3 weeks out before meeting someone and its $1,000 min charge because that's what it takes for use to stay in business and provide our customers with the quality Landscapes they desire. NOTHING to do with a 313 area code like you so inadequately implied. Insulted yet still wanting a quote? Alright so lets pretend like that's actually true. We call everyone 3 days prior and leave a message. Its up to you to confirm said appointment being in business for 40 years many people cancel a landscape appointment by not CONFIRMING said appointment. If you don't confirm your appointment, we don't show up. Even despite this display of immaturity because Michael didn't get his way, our Vice President has left you a voicemail around 2:30 pm stating he'd like to help you fix your lawn.
Absolute A holes they buried a fire hydrant with snow, at my house when I told them to remove the snow they scoffed at me and left. This goes on every year! Absolute idiots!!!! I have to dig it out I have called police and filed reports. These people are a night mare. Plus sprinkler heads destroyed. How they stay in business is beyond me!
