These guys are great. They found quite a few wasp nests for us. They even have a 60 day repeat if needed. We've used them for the last 5 years and do not plan on changing companies.

Extremely unprofessional company. This company, without prior consent, removed a properly baited personal live trap in front of my unit that was being used to relocate woodchucks, and replaced it with their own trap, which was incorrectly baited and not the correct type of trap for live release. Their ignorance placed me in a hazardous situation, as I was forced to release an extremely angry black squirrel from a very unsafe trap. I would suggest if you're looking to remove anything bigger than a wasp from your property, go with a different company with more knowledge on proper safe removal of wildlife. *edit: 05/14/2019 - The fact that the company would take the time to reply with misinformation publicly but not discuss the matter with the property owner is absolutely astonishing, and confirms my earlier suspicion that this company should not be trusted to handle any professional business.

Dear Matthew,<br><br>Aapex Pest Control has been contracted by Camberwell Apartments, not you. As a tenant, it is not your property. You were told in advance by apartment management that Aapex Pest Control would be handling trapping services. You have only made it more difficult for us to do our job. Why, I don't know. Management hired us to live trap two animals; one being under your neighbor's deck, not your's. We did see your trap and placed it on your porch. Your constant switching of traps, because you feel your trap is better, is not helping and confuses the animals. Our live traps were properly placed with the correct type of bait for the animals being targeted. As you correctly stated a black squirrel was trapped that night. Not the animal we targeted, but that can happen as many wildlife species will eat the same type of bait, or at least explore the bait and trip the trap. Management was very aware of this and it was stated on our paperwork NOT to release any animals captured. It's our job to relocate and release them, so in the future please do not disturb, move or release any animals that are trapped in Aapex property. It’s just not safe. We ask that you kindly contact property management in the future and they will contact us to safely remove any trapped animals. Protecting our customer's property and their tenants is our top priority. I certainly hope this clarifies things for you.<br><br>Since you have chosen social media to communicate with us, I have replied to your comments.
