Absolute excellent service, I can’t thank you enough

I had an insect concern, mostly stink bugs. Several people said you can’t get rid of them, however, after only one treatment they have been exterminated and I mo longer have a problem. They were on time, communication was great and they are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!

I called and email them about obtaining service. Since we rent our home, I was denied service unless our landlord gave permission. He called ( from California, 3 hour time difference). No one answered, so he left a voice mail giving permission. That wasn’t good enough! They want to talk directly to him. I wasn’t going to bother him again, especially since they didn’t take his first call. Very Bad customer service.

Technicians are thorough and are personable. We started an annual contract with Mite-E Exterminating when we lived in Paw and Paw and when we moved to Otsego - they still service us! It’s a large enough company to accommodate but feels like a small company with how they care about their customers. Between two kids and a dog it’s amazing how we don’t have any issues with spiders, ants, etc. Money well spent. Great company with great people!

Great company, they are consistent and courteous. They seem to get the job done quickly too. We get minimal mosquitoes and bugs now.

I used this company for a mouse problem and for mosquito and insect spraying. They stopped by to look at my home for the mouse issue we were having, placed bait and traps and looked, somewhat, around the house to see where the mice may be getting into. I got a quote for the mosquito and insect spray and decided to go with them. They did not spray that day. They were supposed to come back within 10-14 days to look at the bait and traps and start the spraying. They never came back for either service. I never heard from them again. I received a bill, for the spray, to which I called about, because I had never gotten the service. They apologized and I was told they would call to schedule a time to come back out and check for the mice and I would still be able to get my May spraying service. I never heard anything. It is now mid June and I have never heard from them again.

I have used this company for several years for mosquito control and this year there service is lacking. They have a new employee this year and I assume she isn’t spraying to the extent the guy did last year. Other years if we saw a lot of mosquitoes after spraying they would redo it. This year the mosquitoes were terrible the day after spraying. Bad enough that we couldn’t sit outside. They told me they were too busy and didn’t have enough employees to do any thing about it for several weeks. They did offer me a partial refund. But I expected them to continue the good service I was accustomed to. Paying $500 a season I expected more.

They did a wonderful job dealing with our Ant situation!
